ETH is lagging hard in terms of price action. Still 60% from its 2021 ATH while others have broken there ATH’s. ETH will loose number 2 spot soon.

ETH is underperforming because there's so many L2s sucking up liquidity, especially with centralized exchanges dominating inflow.
That said, I don't see any other token taking that #2 anytime soon.
