All in all, we are getting more dependent and connected in the digital ecosystem, which is something that is raising a lot of concerns over this particular factor, and whether this is healthy to be done.
Many people have always been very much vocal about the fact that there should be a limit on the screen time that everyone is allowed everything will day and that is going to be something that needs to be implemented but at the same time people on the other side argue for the exact opposite of it as they do believe that it is something that is unnecessity of Modern Times which is why it is going to be something that can't be done.
Before even talking anything about this particular factor we need to realise the fact that it is a very complex situation that we all are in right now because it is of course very much different in terms of the life that we are living which is going to be involving a lot of digital aspects which is why we are required to be connected to the digital sector much more which is going to be requiring us to be having us in front of the screen much more which is why we can't be completely letting it go but at the same time we can also not be completely ignoring the health concern that it brings with itself.
One of the biggest concerns that the increased screen time has brought with itself is going to be the health concerns that it has which includes one of the biggest deep impact on our eyes itself because it can strain our eyes much more and that is going to lead to much more headache as well along with that there are a lot of such things with in our screens that is going to be disrupting or sleep cycles quite a lot and all of this is making us addicted towards our screen as well which is something that is having an impact on our mental self as well.
There have been a lot of studies that has proven that depression and anxiety has been something that has increased white a lot because of the usage of social media much more and one of the biggest screen time consumers is the social media applications that are available around us and that is responsible for it apart from all of this the thing that has also got severely impacted is our attention span as well which has reduced quite a lot because of our increased screen time.
The loss of real world engagement is also something that is taken a hit because of this digital Lifestyle that we have developed these days because of which people are less likely to be stepping out of their homes in otoeract with the people and also involved in certain activities that are going to be required to keep their digital technology devices aside and involved in some physical activities.
On the other side people can argue on the fact that the work that they are doing is going to require them to be staying on screen for long time and a limit on screen time cannot be put in that particular manner because people can definitely have an addiction on their screens but at the same time people can also use it wisely and use it in the way that they are required to be using it which is something that is going to be related to their work as well and also remote education is one of those things that is going to be very much fruitful and protective at the same time rather than something that is going to be a missuse of screen time.
Nowadays digital literacy is something that is been focused upon much more and it has got into much more areas across the world where internet has made its way and made education a very much easy to access things and imposing a screen limit will be a very big factor that is going to be very difficult things for this to happen which is why it is something that needs to be thought much more along with that one of the other things that also is very much important for people who stay away from their own families and also stay in remote areas they rely on digital connection for contacting their families and love ones and that is also something that can take a bit of screen time as well but in that particular sense screen time imposition of a limit is also not going to be a very good thing to be done.
All of the things come down to the usage by the users and it is going to be decided by how people are using it because everything that we have around us is going to be defined by how we are using it and the way we are using it is going to be making it something that is going to be a good thing or something that is going to be harmful for us and dait is why not all screen time is going to be a bad thing to be done but at the same time we can't be avoiding the health risk that are in world as well.
We need to be figureing out a balance between everything which is going to be absoin order to keep ourselves safe and also maintaining the things that we need to be doing in otoy on the screen itself and also be productive and get all of the things done that we are required to be doing on the screen itself.
