That is surely the ideal way to avoid it, but certain situations does put us in a tight spot to make us make a choice.
I'd definitely look at the note soon.

Well the converse side of the coin is that wrong morals are easier to imbibe.
So to your note, obviously "certain situations" must occur, no one is going to give you a free ride whilst you decide to eschew lying or any other vice for that matter.
That's why it's important that you have a solid foundation from which you draw strength to act rightly inspite of the odds– that's part of what that my referenced note covers.
