Cas take it a little slower but regularly ,your body needs a little time to get used to the strain. That's why I usually don't even reach 10,000 steps. ^^'

My body will catch up eventually either in a good way or a bad way 😂
I'm very competitive, and I am in the #poliac challenge thing. Doing pretty well so far! 💯
