You have said it all.. corporate world is a two edged sword sort of but at times I see the drama as fun.. sometimes when they make me cry I'd be looking for an opportunity to retaliate..lol... I'll be like bring it on, I'm ready for you but I couldn't stand it at the end plus it was limiting me.. Now I have my own business.
I sometimes crave to work in a team settings because it's more fun than alone or just working with just an assistant..
I'd tell you, the drama is what makes corporate work what it is.. so long as you do your job well and try not to disregard or disobey rules.. my dear 'TIT for TAT'
