Pelotons are CRAZY! They ride so close together it is AMAZING!

Had to put the bike on the trainer so I could get the front derailleur working correctly.

The boys to school @stryeyz and I had an hour before she headed off to Billings for her weekend with her sister and nieces. Then I loaded up my bike and tools and headed into my longest held client and got his landscaping startup done. Also got a couple more jobs for him to do and then the neighbor wants me to fully fix the water feature which will be a bit of a bear but doable.

I was going to ride my bike on the trail but it was raining and the morning got away from me. I was hungry and not wanting to get wet so I went home.

After eating I headed out on the bike and HOLY SHIT is it so much faster feeling and so much more quiet thanks to the thinner tires. I have 30 gears now instead of the 21 I am used to so it was interesting playing around with them.

Figured out that I can make a run through the trailer park as a nice cool down before crossing back over to the farm.

Dublin PL darts and there had only been 1 big fish (170 out) until yesterday when MVG got one against Littler then the next leg Littler got a 170 out. He then won the night.

First flowers are popping!

Got my new Garmin cycling computer. The Garmin 540 and it is super nice. Looking forward to my first ride with it today.

J's band concert in the evening.

He did great and I could really hear his bass on the full song.

Killer sunset as we headed for the car to head home.

WTF happened at the quick stop!? It was called out as a rescue and it wasn't on the highway but on the driveway to the gas station? Helo was called in for transport and there were 2 dozen vehicles there still over an hour after the call out.

Appears to have been a road rage type incident. Motorcyclist punched guy in a truck and he tried to drive away from the situation but hit the motorcyclist who then had to be life flighted. Dude is also getting assault charges along with heavy medical bills for an asshole move.

Managed to get a soak in before passing out.

Today I will get a ride in so I can test out my new Garmin, PDC is on, Utd play, boys to school, #3dprinter is going already, will grill burgers for dinner to make sure R has good fueling before his wrestling tournament Saturday.

Not bad, I'm nearly 1/4 of the way to my 1000 mile goal already!
