Printed more turtles out but found the tiny don't handle the support well, at least it is hard to clean them up.

The deck was SOAKED like it had rained overnight but the doppler showed shit all. It seems the fog was so thick and dense that it left it's version of a slug trail everywhere.

Nifty tree frog I found to print. R loves these as the other kids in his class love when he brings stuff like this in for them.

10:15 I was headed back up to work on the gate.

Much less fog this time but just as equally cold. Glad I wore my insulated pants, but should have had my insulated gloves....

The first half hour I spent working on cable management then once Rich brought the board down I got it swapped out. Everything changed over well but then I ran into the issue with the gate ram.

I got the gates setup right, #1 on the left and #2 the right gate. I would try to actuate the #1 gate and the system would bork like it had run into a resistance and stopped the opening cycle. I fought with it for a while until I finally decided to cut the wires loose from the 100 foot run in conduit and then run direct from the ram to the control box. BOOM! Gate worked like it was supposed to.

So, it comes down to running that wire across the driveway. THAT will require my renting a concrete cutting saw so I can rip a pair of cuts across the asphalt driveway, dig the trench beneath, then repurpose some of the conduit for the run across the driveway. This will make it so the wires run more direct and will cutout the bad wires.

It was about 2 pm when I headed for home, a bit chilled to the core.

It took an hour or so and a jug of nice hot tea to finally get my core warmed up. Got my daily watercolor done a lot later than normal, my head was focused on the gate in the morning. By 3pm it was starting to rain and it moved through over the rest of the afternoon.

I ordered myself a guitar instead of looking for used. This is is Fender Cali Redondo for $130. IT'S A FENDER! And new, and perfect to relearn to play on. It will be here tomorrow along with the drums. I have oodles of books downloaded for learning guitar so I look forward to reteaching myself.

Took most of the day to print but the soil blocker came out quite nice. Makes 1" square soil blocks for planting seeds in.

Earlier to bed and I managed a bit more sleep last night...

Today looks to be dry, the #3dprinter is going already with the rest of the soil blocker parts, will get my daily stuff done earlier, then apparently there is some sporting thingy on this afternoon that we will likely watch.... Though the music "acts" will be muted as there is far too much politics in the NFL to begin with... seriously fuck Billie Joe and his horseshit opinions. Go ahead and lecture some more you whiny bitch. Sorry will step off my soap box now.
