Sunrise SunRays, Pain Day, Chiro, House Cleaning, Ubuntu, Kraken Krumble - Tuesday
As I sat here at my computer yesterday morning, trying to keep the pain at bay as much as possible I happened to look outside at just the right time. The fog had been thick as the sun came up but began to burn off quickly. The last bits of the fog were still drifting amongst the trees on the farm when I saw the cool sun rays.
It's not often I have seen this and even less often I have gotten a picture of it.
You can see how little fog there was left, but enough to make the amazing sight.
I had my chiro appointment mid morning and as I lay on the decompression table I worked my left elbow and ended up tracing the pain up the muscles where I found knots beneath my other muscles. Doc did some SERIOUSLY painful pressure points along my arm and had me yelping from the pain. It hurt SOOO GOOOOOD!
Once home I spent much of my afternoon trying ot organize in the house. My 3dprinted stuff had taken up a bit too much space so I ended up hauling all the puzzles to the Tardis which opened up a shelf for the bins to go on. I need to make some more room today but it made a big difference being able to get the table taken down.
I also fought with the Ubuntu install on the server. WTF did they put 24.10 on it??? What asshat made that decision instead of the LTS 24.04?! Seriously moronic. So I am going to have to kill the Win11 install on the ssd and put 24.04 on there which will give me the 64gb drive the 24.10 is installed on for something else. I think it is actually just a micro sd that I could pop out possibly. The 24.10 is why I am having such trouble updating things.
Poor poor Kraken got kicked in the face pretty hard on this road trip. They are missing 6 of their better players so it's no wonder they are getting beat so bad.
Took them forever to get one goal back but the game ended 4-1. There is no expectation of them doing well against the Jets next game.
I got dinner made and we watched the Sunday animes.
Today I will get the boys to school, then I need to try and figure out getting some poly to my stupid metamask wallet, need to empty the cooler and shut it down for the winter, if my body allows the garden needs finishing of the winterizing, MUST call regarding my truck towing, then this evening we have a counseling session.
