Sunrise, PT, Pull Beans, PDC, Hike, Roof, Fall Colors, Dinner, Skate Night - Thursday
Another nice sunrise yesterday morning as I headed to town for my PT after dropping the boys at school.

PT was a good bit better after my chiro appt had done much to fix me the other day.

My major task for the day was to get the bean rows pulled which both managed to fit in the garden cart which got hauled to the sheep and dumped out in their pen where they spent the afternoon munching away.

The plastic then got bunched and folded at the top of the rows. THIS was what tweaked my muscles as it was not exactly light weight.

Then the irrigation lines got coiled. I have just the one row left to deal with, the kale and chard. Oh and the leeks are still going strong.

The PDC Euro championships is on and a couple of really close matches. Schindy managed the win barely over Chizzy.

I went for a wander of the fence line to ensure no unwanted entry. The valley is showing the fall colors a bit better.

The roof of the house needed to be swept of the needles with the rains inbound now. I have to go sweep the other roofs off today and then sweep the walkways of the needles.

Went down to check out the tunnel and was not disappointed. The colors are popping now!

And the mosses are all super lush and vibrant greens.

The maples look really cool overhead.

Had to go pick R up after STEM and managed to get halfway home before asshole traffic bogged us down.

Got the boys to their school skate night at the roller rink then we were going to go to Poole's for dinner but they were PACKED so we went across the highway to Selkirk Pizza where we got dinner and a beer. Then we went to go see if the new North 40 was open but they closed at 7 so we stopped at Hop Mtn for a drink before going to pick the boys up.

They both had a blast and were well worn out.

Pattison's recently had their rink redone as the smell of the varnish or wax or whatever was super strong in the air. My evening was spent in pain as my elbows and hips were not having it. One miracle was the Kraken won their last road trip game against the Jets.

Slept for pure dog shit and was up at 1am from my shitty stomach and on the couch this morning where sleep was elusive. My body is fighting me right now and it's not exactly fun.
Today I will get the boys to school in a while, I am 3d printing fidget rings this morning, have to get the farm ready for the days of rain coming, PDC will be on, sweep roofs, I really have to try sealing the sled's sunroof to keep the rain out, then I will come up with something for dinner this evening.

We have an old growth cedar right outside our front door. I spent two hours yesterday with a electric leaf blower blowing off all the cedar and the gutters..... it's that time of year!!😅
The shots down at the tunnel of the yellow trees and moss were really cool! You got some really good ones!
This time of year is most always really cool with the maples turning color. Growing up in the central Sierras we didn't get fall colors like we do up in the north.
