Sunrise, Grain Run, Beer, Client, 34 Mile Bike Ride, 3D Printing, Peas - Friday
Nice sunrise yesterday morning as I headed to town for grain.

I had 3 barrels waiting and in one was a wrapped 6 pack from the brewer.

Loaded and headed for home.

Shoveled out trailer and unhooked it. The sheep were happy for the grain. This is the mixed 6 pack.
Texted with buyer about my wing for sale and realized that Torrey is super busy with the holiday weekend so the inspection won't be done until next week. Hopefully it will be done Monday or Tuesday and I will get the balance of the funds. I'll have enough saved to either pay my broken truck off, pay someone to fix it, or sell it and get something else. I'm tired of looking at it sitting there broken and undrivable.

At 9 I was at one of my client's to check on the wood they had in the basement for the stairs, do a couple tasks, and go over the list of tasks for next week.

Got home and went on a bike ride.

Heading east out of Deer Park I watched a glider getting towed up from the airport.

I was very jealous of the flight time they were getting.

Printed out resin mixing cups for @stryeyz on the #3dprinter for making her coaster sets. A small set to start with, then scaled them up and started printing one at a time.

Sent the boys out to pick peas while I worked on grilling burgers for dinner but they saw it as a race and not a task to complete so I went out and picked 3 times what they did in 2 shirt filling batches. We have 5+ pounds in the fridge.
I am putting my wing back in storage as I am not looking like I will get any flights this summer, both clubs had killer flights yesterday that I have to stop keeping up on as it just makes me jealous. Weekends are essentially booked from now on and weekdays I am working most every day. I will be lucky to get one ride a week now so might be able to match my first 50 mile time in 3 weeks at the 2nd ride I have scheduled. I'm not going to be growing in the garden much anymore and am only going to plant some of the garlic varieties this fall, scaling it all way down. The farm is on shutdown mode since I have no time to devote to it. Need to either butcher the sheep or give them away to anyone who would take them before winter so not having to buy bales.
I really do wish I didn't have so many interests in life as I can't do all of them all the time and the long breaks between trying just makes me want more even though it is not feasible. The last 12 months have been the worst in my life personally since my vaccine injury at 3 years old yet the past 6 months have been the best professionally. Most people in mid life try to do more, I am having to do less.
Going to start listing a number of things for sale to just get rid of them since I am not making the time to work on them like my old truck, boat, plane, and more. Just about everything I own needs repairs of some kind and I am just tired of always patching, including my body.

Going for a drive today and see if berries might be ripening up on the mountain. The mowing HAS to get done as the place is way too overgrown and fire danger is just increasing. The greenhouse is a shit show and the tomatoes are taking it over since I have not put up the wire and lines for them or the cucumbers.
