Mid morning I headed up to give a bunch of possibilities a try.

I was on the right track to start with trying to use MY remote to connect the wireless unit. I couldn't get it to talk right so ended up heading back home to research more.

On the way I watched the herd cross the road ahead of me and they were to the side as I got up to them. They are all WAY fatter now than other years since there is no snow cover to hamper their foraging.

PDC was on mid day and I got my daily watercolor done.

The whole morning I was pushing the #3dprinter to get the parts done for the guitar stand. I had printed a different one but it is too small for my guitar. This one fits perfect.

I just need to come up with foam to give cushion between the plastic and the guitar body. I will get some today at N40.

Managed to get out for a short ride around 2pm. Just a quicky to the river and back.

J got home from school and I had 9 of the 12 watercolors done to try and catch up.

My favorite of them is the mountains there at the bottom.

Went to pick R up after STEM and stopped at the school to see the odometer at 196K on the car.

I then ran up to try the gate again and this time I got it figured out. The wireless transmitter is just toooooo damned far from the base. I was able to make the gate work with the wireless when I was standing a lot closer. Today I will go back up and move the sensor and transmitter closer to the gate and base unit which should make it all work right.

On my way back to the house this was the view I got.

THESE are the picks I am liking now. Adding more top layers to the print makes the pattern deeper which makes the pattern more of a grip on the pick. They play really nicely and have no pick sound on the strings. Printing more right now.

3am wake today. My dumb ass forgot to check my tea stock so am out of my green tea and am now trying English Breakfast tea which makes my normal additives truly British now as I add non dairy creamer and milk. Podiatry appointment first thing this morning then a stop at N40 before I head up to finish the gate job. Azure pickup early afternoon, then this evening is the elementary school Valentines Dance we are going to.
