Hit up Home Depot yesterday morning on my way to pickup ZEP concrete cleaner and also checked out the tile area for a potential other job. I had stopped at the other job first to see the railing and got some toilet part list to pickup while at Home Depot.
My piece of shit car leaked oil on the driveway of a client and I had to try to remove it.
Tried the ZEP but it turns out to be garbage. Scrubbing and the pressure washer did shit all for it.
It's marginally lighter, not pure black now... Seriously annoying. I did searches once home and will go back tomorrow to try and clean the stain with TSP in hopes it will actually remove the stain. I feel like an asshole and HAVE to get the stain up as it's fairly new concrete.
I went home and found a wooden dowel that was the right OD to fit the ID of the added section. Had to pound the dowel in with the mallet then added a metal screw to the bottom rail to ensure it stays in place. It is super solid now.
Then I had 2 toilets in the board and care to replace the floats and handles in. A bit odd doing so while the elderly people are laying in their beds but I got it all done in an hour.
Back home I went through the garden and got some stuff picked. More peas in a continued surprise to me, cucumbers, and tomatoes.The tomatoes ripen then go bad SUPER fast on the kitchen counter.
The sheep needed waters filled later. I have a tub for each and the barrel which gives them about 80 gallons to share with the alpaca.
Worked around the farm on various other tasks then made dinner in the evening.
Trying to find hay available today when I have the trailer available, will move the chipper soon, gather supplies for the oil stain removal attempt 2, dig into the shitty car to find the gear switch in the starter system.
