In the morning I had an appt that @stryeyz and I went to in the valley. I have done enough ruminating the past weeks to realize the level of assistance I feel I need which has reduced my mental anguish and calmed me down a good bit. I have oodles of work to do to try and rebuild the walls that are me that got really shitty keystones installed when I was very young. I think it's called a teardown in the remodeling world?

Anyway I got a daily watercolor done mid day once we were back home. Not great but learned a bit about the layering.

Mid afternoon as the ski day was being talked about with our friends I dragged all our skis out and after clearing off the table from watercolor I was able to get all 4 sets waxed. Only on @streyez and R's skis I put on the opposite wax. She wants to go a lot slower so I put on cold temp wax when it should be in the mid 30s. This should keep her slowed nicely. J and my skis got a coating of flouro for now.

As the night got closer my body went to shit and I was in layers beneath my robe to try and keep the chills at bay. My body pain was rolling through in waves and I finally went to bed at 8pm for a fitful and longer night of sleep.

Today I have to try and get this ick kicked out of me and likely will have my mason jar of tea full all day. The sled needs to be worked on to get it running again as the truck is not. Will do daily watercolor, and then the PDC final is on mid day. I really hope this shitty ick can be kicked out today...
