Skiing 49N, Trampoline Setup, Tilling, Greenhouse Planted, Leeks, Super Sore - Sunday
Was up early yesterday and watched the Utd match where they actually won again. I got all the ski stuff packed in the car then and we were on our way a little after 8am.

We have melted lower so the snow is all higher elevation than we are.

Busy day at the mtn as there was skioring and demo day going on. The boys and I headed up lift 1.

Over at Angel peak the lift is small and old but does the job.

The main mtn.

Angel is more in the sun so tends to be a bit different feeling snow. Also it melts out rather fast.

Lift 4 is like Angel's lift only it goes to the top of the hill.

The 7 runs done by 11:30am and we were all done for the day.
Once home I pulled out the tiller from the garden shed and rolled it into the greenhouse where I did 6 passes which was enough to get the grain mixed in.

R asked about setting up the trampoline so we went and did it quick.

They were both very happy to have it up again.

These 2 rows will be for peas. I realized I had better just till the rest of the garden before trying to do any planting as I need the irrigation lines out and the plastic pulled out and laid down.

So to the greenhouse I went and got it setup for planting.

The row of leeks overwintered just like this, no cover or anything and they are still rather strong feeling.

Probably not going to germinate but whatever, I'll try.

These should all pop within a couple weeks.

The row of spinach might do better in the greenhouse than out...

The cucumbers might sprout, I'm expecting them to pop about when tomatoes might start showing their seedling tops.

By this time I was rather sore. The tilling did a number on my hips and my foot and I realized my back was rather messed up. The greenhouse is planted.... but I then had to foam roll, theracane, and ibuprofen myself to try and get the pain to lessen.

Boys to school in a while, probably keep tilling in the garden, attempt as usual to assuage the pain but will end up failing like always, then R has practice tonight.

Nice to have snow up at the higher elevations sounds like a good day skiing!!👍😀
Back home it looks like spring gardening time!😎
Whoa! Planting tomatoes and peppers and cukes in March! I just started the onions on Sunday...
With it in the mid 50s F and barely freezing overnights I figure my greenhouse can handle it. Hopefully the seeds feel the same.
