My weekly session went well and ever so slowly things are rewiring in my brain...

On my way home I watched my odometer turn 196691 not far from the farm.

The down pouring rain.

So I got my self going on the trainer and managed a 22 minute ride. I can do 5 miles in 2 minutes on the road but on the trainer it is much less.

I stood at the oche for a bit and on my 4th visit smashed in the 180 in a perfect visit. Each dart felt exactly right as it left my hand and landed in a nice tight grouping.

The rain just kept pounding down all day long.

I was able to spend time on my bike and tuning it up better. I got the front derailleur to work much better and then I sized the rack for it. The rack fits my mtb a bit better but it will still work just fine on the road bike.

Our friend was back working on the cleaning in the pantry and I spent much of the afternoon trying to roll out the pain in my muscles and joints. It only worked so well and flexerils were my night time companions.

Today I go bid a job mid morning, it is to be clear and low 50s F, boys to school in a bit, we have our session this afternoon then R has practice this evening.
