After the rains in the night the morning had a nice foggy effect everywhere.

I had to go get R from PT and take him to school mid morning and got him there in time for pictures with his class.

Having left the cell holder in the truck, the one I removed from the sled... I needed a new one for the car which I had printed out the other day. I got the parts sanded and bolted together then mounted. This one I printed at 100% infill to make it super strong. It's WAY stronger than the other for sure and my phone sits perfectly in it.

It was around 1pm when I noticed it getting darker as the clouds rolled in thicker. I popped up the doppler to see the incoming rain.

I headed out to the garden to try and get something done.

I was in the midst of picking beets when my Dad called and we stayed on the phone for about an hour. I had the beets done and on the deck as the downpour happened. Which lasted all of about 10 minutes before the cell moved past.

I got more garlic dibblers printed out. These are going to be mounted to a board or something and will be used for making the holes for the garlic to get planted in in rows. I have a bunch and really need to build the part they will attache to.

The beets which I never did actually wash off yesterday are on the porch still waiting for me, and I still need a weight from them...

Pilot porn arrived!

I got dinner made and then heard the rain hitting outside and pulled up the doppler to see the mass headed for us.

Watched the Kraken play their last preseason and they kicked Edmonton's ass thankfully. Got some cleaning done around the house and also got the dishes going in the washer.

Stellar trading session instead of soaking with the downpour of rain. I'm half way to a new engine. Had to sit and abuse myself with the theracane for a while but what helped the most was the muscle relaxers I took right before bed. I managed to sleep till 5 this morning, for once!

Today the rain is past and I have a shit ton to do around the farm, even though I'm still not supposed to be here right now. It's been VERY hard to find motivation these past days to work around the farm but I have to get back to it now or else will be too far behind to catch up before winter sets in. The house is a mess and needs cleaning, as does the yard. J has another CC meet this afternoon but at his school so it is close.
