The TENS was good but my body is so beat up that the following exercises were rather hard to do fully. Ended up cutting a bit short due to it. My left elbow is the major problem now and the pain is worst in and around the joint. I can feel the tight muscles and tendons up and down my arm and to my shoulder.

I had no desire to do much during the day thanks to the pain. I got R to school before it started then once home got to work on the new server. This is a huge difference. The old rig had the 600w power supply.

The new one uses 65w. Thankfully I already had the HDD/SSD 2 bay dock so the media drives went to it.

It took a good bit of dinking around with Ubuntu to get things working right. Seems all the repositories are incorrectly referenced so I have to update them as I go. BUT it works and I managed to get Waterfox loaded and the bookmarks imported. The quality of the video is a good bit better now and no longer have the stupid video card fans blasting away.

The ancient old rig now stripped of its drives has been relegated to the electronics shed. I'm either going to get another 2 bay or might just get a 4 bay hdd dock. 2 of the drives are 3TB WD Reds which are WAY more stable of a drive than other versions.

I eventually made it out to the garden to get something done during the day. I was able to pull and pile some of the plastic but still have the beans to pull then the kale/chard row will have to be pulled so the rest of the plastic can get folded. Irrigation lines need to be coiled, then I will need to put up a fence along the garlic row and along the grapes to keep the birds out over winter so I can open up the rest of the garden to them.

Trying to get myself off the prednisone and my body said, "NOPE!" not gonna do it, wouldn't be prudent! So I got myself a nice rash across my torso. It only itches occasionally thankfully and my new script should hopefully be ready today. It's a pain to have to be on it constantly but my body is attuned to it as I have had prednisone off and on since I was a child. That and Benadryl effect me far different than most people.

It was a beat down for the Kraken. What should have been and easier match up for them turned into a shit show.

The boys spent time cutting up peppers for the freeze dryer and we got them loaded and running.

See, they got whooped.

Stupid 7pm start for the Seahawks game and I turned it off at the end of the 3rd. They actually won, at least 1 of the 3 Seattle teams won...

Migrated to the couch about 3am this morning in hopes of a more comfortable position but never really found one. Eventually dozed for a while but was still up before 4:30. I will get the boys to school this morning then will have my chiro appointment mid morning. I need to take winblows off the media server which will open up the TB ssd inside for Ubuntu. If my body allows I need to keep at the garden as the greenhouse needs the tomatoes all harvested though the temps seem okay for the week so they could just keep ripening in there. I really need my body to calm the fuck down and stop going for crisis mode all the time.
