3DP, Sunrise, Watercolor, 4x4 Fix, Truck Engine, DOH, Doubles - Monday
Woke to the print being done and the base of the spool holder came out really nice. This is so @stryeyz can use the filament spools as yarn spools. This stand will allow the spools to roll very easily and is heavy enough to not tip easily.
Got the boys to school and the sunrise was nifty, though the only sun we got the entire day as it just stayed cloudy.
Managed to do an okay looking Cod fish watercolor.
Then figured out the other 3 cells. It was nifty to play with the wet colors and let them run into each other.
On the truck I was able to get the engine back in the bay after finding the wire that had popped loose off the front axle. That was the 4x4 light problem. The engine went in a bit smoother this time and I got the top bolts finger tight across the top of the bell housing.
The engine was in and then I fucked up and dropped a flex plate bolt into the fucking bell housing!!!! MOTHER FUCKER!!!! I gave up for the day as I was rather pissed off. I have to break the engine and trans apart now to get the piece of shit bolt out of the housing then put the engine back together. SUPER ANNOYED!!!!!
Mid afternoon I was at the board for a bit and slammed in this 3x double 20, a first that I can remember. My form is getting MUCH better now and I am grouping all 3 darts in an inch area more often than not now. I am getting 81+ scores way more now and my grip on the darts feels right now.
Got these targets printed out for the boys for their bb guns. I need to figure out the thing to hang them from but they should work nicely for them and are super bright so super easy to aim at.
R had his first wrestling practice of the season and has it 2 times a week for the next 2 months. @stryeyz took him to it. I had dinner ready for him before he left.
Today I will get the boys to school first thing, I have my session early then will be back working on the truck and will get the engine hopefully running again.
