3DP, Morning Run, Ice Climbing, Watercolor, Sunshine, New Shoes, Trailer - Friday
Ahh yes, 3am wake time yesterday, and 3:33am today... My life seems to be governed by this recurring number as I can't stop seeing it in the mornings...
Just like my trip to town a bit ago I was seeing 3s EVERYWHERE!
So I pulled the fabric sheet off the print bed once I was up and got the next one printing about 5am. At nearly 9 hours per sheet I am able to get 2 per day. I need the one printing now to complete the main part of the shirt top, the part around the torso. Next will be figuring out the neck and arms...

Got the boys to school then once home waited for the sun to shine on my running path. It was after 8:30 when I got out since it was 19F and I managed to get a couple miles in. This is Crescent rd and the nice dead straight run it makes.

I walked a bit more as my hips are being pains again.
I was dinking around the house mid morning and found that there is ice climbing on from Switzerland so watched the speed rounds. Pretty cool that the venue is inside a car park. This ice wall was built of ice blocks stacked on each other then coated with water to build up a coating to fill in the cracks between the blocks. Spectators are able to be watching the entire way to the top. Like they are standing on level in the car park and are at the same height as the climber as they top out... Pretty wild Sass-Fee.

This was a crazy cool prompt for the day for watercolor. This is the Peacock Jumping Spider from Australia and the little guys are only a 1/2 inch at most. The males are the bright colored ones and do a cool mating dance. I think I did relatively okay with this one. The pic I worked from is below.

Mid day I hauled some old carpet out to the pile and got a nice view of the sun without our hill blocking it.

It was about 2:30 when the fabric sheet was done. I got the next one going but the extruder borked again and I left it to sit until later when I messed with it and got it going for the evening. It finished over night and I popped it off this morning and got the next one printing.

So far... It takes 5 sheets connected to make the wrap around my chest.

Eventually I managed to get the other 3 watercolors done. Still playing with my character and trying to figure out depth in scenery.

My new running shoes arrived and they are way nicer than my old Lone Peak 3.5s. These are the Lone Peak 9. I will be trying them out this morning on my run.

We watched the first part of the Mel Brooks at 99 special while we ate and I had the trailer hooked up for the grain run I have done this morning already.

Today I have been to town for grain and emptied the trailer and disconnected it already. The printer is going, I will go for a run after the sun comes up, do my watercolors for the day, try to dose my self up enough to alleviate the pain that is rather constant, then pop the top on the engine again and hope the little heater will do something to warm the area so I can work on it... It's 12.4F right now outside...
