3DP, Frigid, Predawn Grain Run, Mile Run, Comp, Watercolor, Fabric, Pain, UFC - Saturday
Yesterday morning, the joys of waking at 3am.... The sheet of fabric was finished so I got the next one printing early. It was seriously cold outside at 14 F and I was preparing to head to town.

So off I went before 4:30am with VERY little traffic anywhere along my route.

Spokane was lit up bright in the predawn.

The barrels had sat for a bit over 24 hours in the sub freezing temps which has the tendency to freeze some of the grain to the barrel insides.

It took a bit to get all the grain in the trailer as I had to beat on the barrels to get the frozen grain to break free. I only do sooo much given I am near a neighborhood and they don't need to be woken up by my thumping on barrels at 5am.

By 5:30am I was backed up to the sheep pen and shoveling the grain out to their waiting faces.

The birds spent their day wading in the still warmish grain while the animals got much of their fill right away.

It got COLDER later in the morning! The temp dropped 3 degrees as the sun was rising. Wild that it is coldest the hour before the sun rises.

My body is fighting me muscles and joints, and it is enraging waking with my hips in such pain. I managed to go for a mile run despite the pain. Even managed to keep it at sub 10 min mile. No run today as we are to go skiing and that is my workout.
Mid morning the ice climbing finals came on which was interesting to watch.

Eventually managed to get my watercolor prompt done for the day. Rather pleased with the leaves of the guarana.

It was a bit before 2pm when the last full sheet of fabric was finished.

So I then was able to connect all 10 sheets together.

Which I then connected into the tube. This fits around my torso up to my arm pits. The next parts are the neck and arm sections before I get to the sleeves which will be a bit hard to make.

This is going to be super cool when I finish it. I know I will for sure be able to make a tank top shaped top at least.

Almost 3pm before I finished my page. Much of my day was spent trying to keep the pain at bay which was not an easy task. I managed to slug down a gallon of teachino over the afternoon/evening trying to hyper-hydrate myself in hopes that would help my pain levels.

UFC 324 came on early so I had that on all evening. I was BARELY able to make it to the main bout and DAMNIT I wanted Paddy to win. He lost by a unanimous decision which was unfortunately the right call by the judges. I was glad to turn it off and go pass out. The problem was I was up every hour having to pee after the gallon of hot tea over the evening....

Fabric parts were done overnight so I popped them off the plate and got the next going already. I spent my night on the couch so as not to wake @stryeyz every time I got up and in hopes of my body feeling better... We are going skiing this morning for a half day which is starting a good bit warmer than yesterday. This afternoon the Seahawks play and hopefully punch their ticket to the SB.

Enjoy your day of skiing my friend!!!👍😀
It is interesting how the temperature is the coldest right after dawn or just before dawn!🙄🤔
It certainly has been nippy recently! I keep reminding myself it's not Minnesota, at least. Or North Dakota!
