Joining the Pickle Party: My Latest Card Purchase in Splinterlands!

In the game these days I see a lot of people buying a card called Pickle. The sale is ongoing for this card where we can buy the card and it is a good card looks like based on its abilities and the features it offers on the battleground. In my last post I have talked about that I got this card as a gift from my friend in the game and I'm happy to have this gift so now I thought that I should also buy my share of pickle cards.

The countdown for the sale is on and it will be ending in 27 days from now which means that we have enough time to buy this card and you can buy any number of cards on the shopping page. A new pace has been designed for the sale where you can buy the cards and make the payment through credits or the D E C tokens. The price for one card is 150 credits or dec tokens and it is good that the game has provided both payment options so the buyer have flexibility to choose the one they want. So for us Dec is the token which is little bit flexible on the value but it is considered as a stable coin of the game but this has not been stable for quite some time.

Credit is another form of the payment which is stable because we get 1000 credits for $1 and this can be purchased through hive, HBD and some other currency also in the game. It is non transferable and it is also not tradeable in the game so we need not to worry about its price fluctuation because it is fixed.

I am buying ten pickle cards and the payment will be done through dec token which I also have and I also have the credits but I thought of using the dec as payment. I just entered the quantity and it updated the payable price which is 1500 DEC tokens then I proceed to purchase further.

There is an option to select the portion but I do not have enough count for this but I still selected it because I thought whatever is possible I should go ahead and you never know if I can get some gold foil or valuable card out of it. It is not fixed and it is completely random so it's worth trying because you never know when something valuable comes out of it and that makes your deal even more valuable and interesting.

Now the purchase is successful and it is saying that I have gotten standard cards so I was not lucky enough to get any gold file but it's fine because at least I got what I was trying to get and I paid for. Now because the purchase is done so the cards are added to my collection which I can also verify by going through my items collection and there I will have the options to see all the cards that I have in my game account.

Now you can see that I have got the cards in my account and since I already had one cards so the total of eleven cards I have as of now but I will see if I can buy more because this card looks good and it is also a good card for the low mana battle. For now ill not be able to use it because it is a basic card but I would love to keep this card in the game because you never know on something changes and the value and use of any card improves so for that purpose I will continue to hold this card and also try to buy more and level up the card whenever it is possible for me.

There is a lot going on in the game and I think it is good because this keeps the community engaged and that's what a gaming project should be like so I'm happy that I'm part of the game which is not just entertaining but engaging also and such promotional events are adding more fuel to the excitement and gamification. I'm happy to buy this set of cards and we'll try if I can buy more and in the current season I am playing in the diamond one league for now and we'll try to enter in the champion if it is possible which I would discuss later in another block soon and explain how the season is going for me. This block is primarily for the pickle card which I have purchased and now I am part of the community who has been buying the card continuously and sharing their experience about the card on this platform as well as on social media platform X.
