Fall 2025 Anime Releases to Watch

The Fall anime season for 2025 is here and it came out strong, as many old and beloved titles are here. We are going to see the top releases for this season based on my point of view as always, so don't be harsh if you don't see something that you like. I will give you a top 5, starting from the end and going all the way to my top 1!

5. Spy x Family Season 3

Even though i am not a big fan of the genre the animation is great, some of the fight scenes are the same and to be honest it's fun. I don't laugh with most of the "funny" anime but this one is an exception.

4. Digimon Beatbreak

Digimon is an anime that always strives to steal the light of Pokémon but with no success. Still, over the years they kept on making an effort to keep the digimon verse relevant and evolve it.

Digimon always tried different things like the fusion one, for example but even though it had an audience, it was never that big, let's say. To my surprise, they managed to make it better and go all-in on their efforts.

They made a new Digimon game that broke the Digimon records in terms of gaming, peaking like 80k active players. In general, these numbers are quite good in terms of the gaming community. At the same time they are trying hard to uplift the card game with cards that have amazing artwork. Even i had bought some.

Last but not least they also made a new anime which finally will focus on emotions something that was basically a hint to every Digimon anime out there. Also note that Digimon was always much darker than Pokemon ;)

3. One Punch Man Season 3

One Punch Man, an anime that eveyone loved, even people who had no clue what anime was, has finally their new season out. An anime with the worst kind of art in terms of the actual creator and artist, that still managed to have a manga rework from a great artist and ofc a freaking awesome anime. I am waiting for the new and awesome fight scenes!

2. Boku no Hero Academia: Final Season

An anime that i didn't expect to like so much but the compelling story, along with the great graphics and character development, hooked me! Even though i have already read the manga, i can't way to see its final season as it contains some epic moments and more epic battles.

The story in general is pretty much basic; we have superheroes and villains. We also have a guy with no powers that somehow the number 1 superhero, basically, transfers his power to him due to how kindhearted person is and such. Then we basically get to see how the protagonist will develop the power further, join the academy of superheroes and grow with everyone else!

That's what happens in the first seasons, we have already solved most of these issues by now, as we are preparing for the final battle!

1. Kingdom 6th Season

Some people don't like this anime, some people don't even know about this anime but it's one of my favorites. Don't expect any fancy superpowers and such as in a way it is based on somewhat real events and territories. It's basically refers to the unification of China and we have a young King along with a young nobody who strives to become a great General under heaven.

So we get to see how, from a nobody, Xin is getting stronger and stronger and fighting powerful enemies in his way. It's not only simple fights though. We get too see tactics, strategies, formations, different battle styles and at the same time a kind of game of thrones play in the palace with the young King facing the politics side!

On another note, these past seasons have great animations but the first one was not so great. What i want to emphasize though, is that the art of manga is on a whole other level, highly detailed and spot on, it's worth reading it!
