Do you Believe in Crypto?

First of all, you see what i did here with the title? Do you believe in Santa... i mean crypto? How cool am i? Anyway, let me share my thoughts about what i just used as a title. This is not a rant or something, i have done plenty in the past, it's just me sharing my thoughts.

Honestly speaking i think the crypto world is amazing, you can meet cool people, you can see some cool and innovative ideas and ofc make some money. Of course there is another side to that coin, that of the thousands of scams and multiple ways to actually lose money.

If you have been around the cryptoverse, there is a high chance that you have lost money to scams and that you have lost money in general. I know i have. A lot of people outside of crypto are hearing about scammers and how much money people lost are afraid to join. This happen in most cases to people over 30 years old.

The younger ones who can easily take risks are more prone to join the crypto world but due to the rushed decisions, chances are that they will fall victim to scams or lose their money in general. That, of course led to blaming cryptos, which led to other people, especially those that i mentioned above, to consider them as scams and lose faith.

In truth, it's not a matter of belief or not; it's a matter of research. Nowadays, behind the vast majority of the cryptos out there, there are companies and people with certain goals, income streams, employees, and ways to expand and grow. That means that if we do some deeper research, we can maybe find out more and realize whether it would be a good opportunity to invest or not. Pretty much how most of the stocks work.

I still consider that through crypto, we may find some hidden gems that can potentially earn us more. In general, though cryptos are considered a high-risk form of investment, maybe BTC isn't that much but still. To talk numbers if BTC is considered like the best, as it's not a scam, it's price keeps going higher and higher but sometimes, like now, for example it's down like 30% from the ATH.

All in all no matter if you "believe" in crypto or now i would urge you do to a thorough research first and don't expect riches out of the blue!
