Nicht nur die Muskeln brauchen eine Erholungspause, sondern auch der Kopf genießt die stillen Momente in denen nichts zu tun und zu beachten ist.😁😁
Am besten funktioniert das natürlich wenn man bei schönem Wetter draußen ist und keinerlei Zeitdruck hat.
Wenn es dann auch noch schnell aus der Stadt in die Natur geht, wird es ein perfekter Tag.
Startet gut in den Sonntag und genießt die Zeit.
