AI 短视频 AI Short Videos 【中文/English】

设计类的活儿，终究离不开审美打底。偶然刷到 AI 短视频，觉得新鲜又简单，便想着模仿制作、自娱自乐，可实操起来才知远非想象中轻松。

今天翻遍了多款 AI 工具 —— 豆包、ChatGPT、Manus 、Chemini、即梦，原本目标是生成完整短视频，折腾许久却只完成了角色设定。AI 的智能随机性太强，为了靠近心里预设的模样，只能反复尝试、不断修正：换不同工具摸索特性，调多样提示词打磨细节，每一步都比预期更耗时。

我不算创造力突出的人，但对内容的一致性却格外敏感，纠偏已然成了习惯。好在一直抱着 “直面问题、分析问题、解决问题” 的心态，悄悄对标 DMAIC 逻辑：先定义偏差所在，量化优化方向，再拆解问题根源，调整方法反复改进，最后守住核心一致性。

开始从来都不容易，AI 创作更是在随机与可控间找平衡。但只要底层逻辑没错，按部就班地试错、调整，哪怕进度缓慢，也总能一步步靠近目标。
Design work always needs a good sense of aesthetics. I stumbled upon AI short videos and found them fresh and simple, so I thought I'd try making one for fun. But when I actually started, I realized it wasn’t as easy as I had imagined.
Today, I tried several AI tools—Doubao, ChatGPT, Manus, Chemini, and Jimeng—with the goal of creating a complete short video. After hours of work, I only managed to finish the character design. The AI's randomness was too strong, and to get closer to my vision, I had to try and adjust things over and over. I switched between different tools, experimented with various prompts, and fine-tuned every detail. Each step took longer than expected.
I'm not particularly creative, but I’m very sensitive to consistency in content, so fixing issues has become a habit. Luckily, I always approach problems with the mindset of "face the problem, analyze it, and solve it." I’ve been following the DMAIC method: define the problem, figure out where to improve, break down the issue, adjust the method, and keep improving while staying consistent.
Starting is never easy, and AI creation is about balancing randomness and control. But as long as the basic logic is correct, step by step, even slow progress will bring me closer to my goal.
