他说，AI对职场的替代，目前冲击最大的其实是刚毕业的大学生。以前我们总觉得，应届生从基础岗做起，慢慢攒经验、磨履历，是理所当然的职场路径。可现在AI越来越成熟，很多基础岗的工作，AI能全盘接管，应届生连“练手成长”的机会都被压缩，这份冲击真的很直观。

反而职场老人，虽也会受影响，但多年沉淀的岗位经验、实操逻辑，是AI短期内替代不了的。只要愿意主动了解、学习AI工具，学会和AI配合，调整自己的工作模式，就能快速适配，甚至让AI成为自己的助力。

有人问，未来英语和编程该怎么学？其实不用盲目内卷，核心是“适配AI，赋能自己”。英语不用追求精通，够用就好，能看懂AI前沿工具的指令、文档，就多了一层优势；编程也不用非要当程序员，懂点基础逻辑，能更好地驾驭AI工具、对接需求，就足够应对未来职场。

AI不是来淘汰我们的，是来筛选“会用工具、有核心能力”的人。春节好好沉淀，不管是应届生还是职场人，找准方向，才能在AI时代站稳脚跟.

He said that right now, AI has the biggest impact on new graduates. In the past, we believed it was natural to start from entry-level jobs, slowly gain experience, and build a résumé step by step. But as AI becomes more advanced, many basic tasks can now be done entirely by AI. For new graduates, even the chance to “practice and grow” is being squeezed out. The impact feels very real.
For experienced workers, the pressure also exists, but it’s different. Years of hands-on experience, judgment, and work logic cannot be replaced by AI in the short term. As long as they are willing to learn AI tools, work with AI, and adjust how they do their jobs, they can adapt quickly — and even turn AI into a powerful helper.
Some people ask how they should learn English or programming in the future. The answer is not to blindly compete, but to “adapt to AI and empower yourself.” You don’t need perfect English — just good enough to understand AI tools, instructions, and documents. That alone gives you an edge. You don’t need to become a programmer either. Knowing basic logic is enough to use AI tools well and connect ideas with execution.
AI is not here to eliminate us. It is here to filter out people who know how to use tools and have real core skills. During the Spring Festival, take time to reflect and improve. Whether you are a new graduate or a working professional, finding the right direction is the key to standing firm in the AI era.
