逛超市，也是一种情绪出口 A trip to the supermarket can be an emotional escape.[中文/English]

计划好的事总被打乱，心情乱糟糟的，索性一头又扎进超市里。

直奔水果区域：云南黑莓紫得发亮，各色蓝莓摆了满满几排，不同品牌、大小、品种让人眼花缭乱，竟一时不知选哪盒好。切好甘蔗，剥好的波罗蜜，削了皮额菠萝装入透明塑料盒中，码得整整齐齐，暖黄的果肉浸在灯光里，看着就甜到心坎里。

蛋糕柜更是让人挪不开脚，虎皮卷、榴莲千层、巧克力蛋糕、水果蛋糕挤得满满当当，吃过的没吃过的，每一款都勾着馋虫。

这些被仔细包装好的甜，不用费心琢磨，不用纠结意义，只要静静盯着它们看一会儿，就能感受到实实在在的甜意漫上来。

原来治愈坏心情从不需要什么大道理，只要一整柜的水果香，和琳琅满目蛋糕里藏着的奶油甜就够了。把乱糟糟的情绪留在超市的冷柜前，拎着一袋子甜回家，日子好像也跟着变甜了。

When plans fall apart and my mind feels messy, I go straight to the supermarket.
I start in the fruit section. Blackberries from Yunnan shine a deep purple. Blueberries fill the shelves—different brands, sizes, and kinds—so many that I don’t know which one to pick. Cut sugarcane, peeled jackfruit, and pineapple sit neatly in clear boxes. Their golden color glows under the lights, looking sweet and comforting.
The cake counter is impossible to walk past. Tiger rolls, durian crepe cakes, chocolate cakes, fruit cakes—all packed together, tempting and inviting. Whether I’ve tried them or not, every cake calls out to me.
All this sweetness is already prepared. There’s nothing to figure out and no meaning to think about. Just standing there and looking for a moment is enough to feel better.
I realize that fixing a bad mood doesn’t need big ideas. The smell of fresh fruit and the creamy sweetness of cakes are enough. I leave my messy feelings by the freezer, walk home with a bag of treats, and somehow, life feels a little sweeter too.
