My cleaning exercises

hello guys good day all how are your guys doing today and how was your day hope it was fine and fun, happy weekend to your all.i so happy and I thank God that I we all see the end of this week...

I thank God for life and strength which he has been granting me to move with my daily activity and also meet with my daily target's and also for the health of my families and loved ones.

I woke up weak today,I have to stay on the bed again to makes my body and also my mind strong and ready for the days return..so I start meditation on my goals for every day,I just love planing my things even before it want to come so I won't have any excuses of losing to tell my children by Gods grace..

I know that I may or can fall or even fail in the part of being a hero and a model but I still believe that in every pain and cry comes joy,so I dont look at the present situations I look at the future with an inner eye,only then can I be what I want to be...

when you fall you stand up again and again,and this time you have had the experience and knowledge of what you're facing then you add it with prayer,if you can hold your breath then you had fasting with it,you will see that it will be more easier than you think..

I was up and ready for work but I was hungry so I took some snacks and away I moved,went to work and I feel weak and so angry cause of my partner but I thank God that after set and down we close in peace and we all joked over it.....
after a long day I. amen back home and found out the mess my junior brothers has turn my environment to,,,I was I. just remembered cleanplanet and I organized a cleaning immediately the there,,here are re other pictures of my today's cleaning
