Emotional burnout is real, yet so overlooked. I like how you pointed out that rest isn't laziness, but a necessity. We really do need to listen to our emotions more and allow ourselves to pause without guilt.

The biggest fact is we don't even pay attention to it, and many times we don't even acknowledge emotional burnout itself; only when we hit the breaking point is the time when we become aware of it. We must be much more thoughtful of ourselves in terms of managing our emotional side.
