Dragon Raja anime review.
Hello, anime lovers! It was another beautiful week—a week to share some of the anime we have been watching and the new ones we have discovered. I don't know if any one of you is familiar with Chinese anime. The truth is that I wasn't. The only Chinese anime I have watched is titled "The Outcast," which was very interesting.
Today I would like to review another Chinese anime title, "Dragon Raja." I will try to make this review interesting without giving any spoilers.
As I said before, Dragon Raja is a Chinese anime that is very interesting. It's an anime that captivates people's hearts; it's an anime with a fantastic realm of magic, adventure, and self-discovery. The anime has two types of people: "The ones that know the truth about their world and the ones who don't know the truth."
The anime is centered around a particular character named Lu Mingfei. Lu Mingfei is just an ordinary boy who doesn't know the truth about their world.
His parent were dragon slayers but they didn't want the same for their son, so they kept him with one of their family members who were also ignorant of the truth of the world. The only reason they care about Lu Mingfei is because of the money they get from his parent. Lu Mingfei does most of the house chores even when his cousin does nothing at home but everything changes after the Dragon Slayer school gets information about him.
In the Dragon Slayer school, there is a ranking system and the highest is S-rank. After the school did their possible best to make sure Lu Mingfei joined their school, he was given an S-rank. A boy who was ignorant of their world, the same as a S-rank. This got many students to have their eyes on him. Lu Mingfei doesn't believe in everything he has been hearing and even when they show him, people who can use magic, he still finds it hard to believe which makes it hard for him to even use any of his abilities. He doesn't even believe he has any ability.
Luck was on Lu Mingfei's side because he met the best person who became his friend and roommate.
His roommate helped him settle down properly. One interesting thing about the anime is the action-packed fight scene and the use of extra-ordinary abilities. With all the seriousness in the anime, there are times when comedy is also introduced to reduce the tension of the viewers.
On the first day, Lu Mingfei set his foot in the school, the two divisions had a ceremonial battle without his knowledge, this is something they used to do with guns and skills just to see which of the divisions was strongest. The bullets used are custom made which means it won't kill any of them.
There are just two S-rank students in the school apart from Lu Mingfei, they are the head of the division, and surprisingly, Lu Mingfei took them down on the first day. Was it luck or coincidence? This drew more attention to him, it wasn't like he planned it, more like the luck of King in One Punch Man.
Dragon Raja is a hidden gem in the anime world that will transport you to a world of wonders and awe. The characters are well-developed and relatable. The anime is a theme of friendship, perseverance, and embracing one's true potential. I can tell you that you will love this anime.
