What's up people, Falcon here. I'm putting together a blog to talk about my LEO power journey. Why am I doing this? Maybe it would motivate some #newbies especially to follow me on this journey.

Seeing all that InLeo has been doing these past few months, I'm a believer that it would go places. With the added features, a beautiful UI that I believe matches world standards of social media outlook and a forceful visionary of a leader who always endeavors to push the boundaries of what's possible on Hive, I think it's a clear sign enough to be a part of a project that would most definitely make some kind of impact in the world today and the future.

Vision 100K LEO for 2025

When did I have this vision?

Well, a week before Christmas, on the 15th of December 2024 which happened to be a #LPUD (LEO Power Up Day), a thought hit me that why don't I start stacking up some LEO Power and turn it into some kind of passive income for me as I grow older. I'm still young and hopefully I live longer on earth by God's grace.

Just like HP, you can upvote authors and share 50/50 with them from the Hive or LEO reward pool if you have some stake. Kind of a semi passive income because you have to read, but that's what makes it fun for me.

I would be doing the same for Hive but for now I would focus on building LEO power to a 100k. With Hive, my organic earnings remain stacked. Would love a 100K HP too in the future.

100K too Small?

I know, there is no reason to be proud of that because I see lots of people with 2 to 10x that power. Everyone is at different financial levels in life and to me this is a good vision for my overall Crypto portfolio as InLeo is concerned.

What do I have now?

I started from the 15th of December 2024 with less than 400 LP and between that time to today (17th January of 2025) I have a total LP of over 6000. I bought most of them with my own money and probably 1/3 came from upvotes on threads over some months.

I haven't been buying aggressively as I was during December last year mainly because there were some unexpected expenses from family that came in so I put a hold on that. I decided I would never power down and will look at other places to take care of the bills. I'm nearly done resolving those issues so I will soon get back to DCAing LEO.

Yeah DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging)

I buy LEO at every price, because at this point since I'm looking long term, every current value is good value for me. I bought some at 0.03 and 0.07, still a good deal in my opinion.

What I Did Yesterday - 1st LPUD of 2025

I bought about 20 dollars worth of LEO which gave me 420 LEO tokens, added to my 30 liquid I already had through delegation of HP to @leo.voter. Yes, you can earn passive LEO by delegating to this account.

According to this article that talks about the names given to lions (members of InLeo) based on their LP, I'm proud to say that I'm currently a Cub.

My Role Model

I told @monkmasters some weeks ago that he is my role model when it comes to building LEO Power. That guy is definitely in the top 10 of the LEO Rich List if I'm not mistaken. He laughed about it and made a joke that in case I see him do bad things I shouldn't follow 😂.

Maybe I will maybe I won't, lets find out this year.

What's next for Falcon?

Simple and Short, getting back on the horse to work both in my work outside and inside of Hive. Have decided to be as active as I was during last year November-December so expect to be seeing more of me on threads. Days where the spirit of blogging hits me I will be sure to make a post. TBH not really the blogging type so I'm freaking surprised to have done this number of word count in this post. And oh will be buying premium next week as I will be making some deposit to my hive wallet.

So final words to all the many newbies who came in through InLeo and other means on Hive: Build for the future.

Maybe tomorrow I will put together another blog and talk about why things like Hive, InLeo and other types of platforms like this will be the jobs of especially the Gen Z who are coming up.
