Hola comunidad, ¿Cómo están?

Espero que hoy estén trabajando con foco y entusiasmo en sus objetivos, creyendo con convicción y fe que aunque parezcan lejanos, cada día es un paso más cerca de verlos hacerse realidad.

Hace solo unos días viví una de las experiencias más impactantes de mi camino como formadora, coach y mentora: dar una conferencia en el marco del Día Internacional del Emprendimiento. Y aún estoy procesando lo que fue… no solo por la cantidad de personas que asistieron, sino por lo que se generó en ese encuentro.

Llegué con emoción, pero sobre todo con una serenidad que no siempre me acompaña. Una confianza total en mí. Me sentía lista. Y eso ya fue un gran regalo.

La conferencia se llamó “Reinvéntate o desaparece: lidera en tiempos de IA”, y si bien tenía claro el contenido, nunca imaginé lo que se iba a gestar en ese espacio: una mezcla de conferencia, storytelling, dinámica grupal y hasta momentos de humor al estilo stand up. Fue un formato que surgió naturalmente, sin etiquetas, pero con mucho de mí.

Un estilo que (me animo a decir ahora) es propio. Y sí, me da un poquito de vergüenza reconocerlo, pero también siento que es algo valioso para seguir explorando.

Entre el público había personas que me conocen y me han visto crecer a lo largo de estos años como profesional y persona. Verlas ahí, interesadas, conectadas… fue inspirador y me llenó de profunda gratitud. Sus caras de felicidad fueron una validación silenciosa de que todo lo que ido construyendo paso a paso con coherencia, dedicación, perseverancia y enfoque, comienza a dar sus frutos.

Durante la conferencia caminé entre las mesas, hablé con los asistentes, los invité a hablar entre sí, a que compartieran, que se miraran, que afirmaran en voz alta conceptos que les regalaba como mantras. Subí y bajé del escenario tantas veces como sentí que era necesario para estar cerca. Y ese ida y vuelta fue lo que hizo mágico el momento. No di una charla. Vivimos una experiencia juntos.

La jornada fue organizada por la Dirección de Desarrollo Emprendedor de la Municipalidad de San Miguel, Provincia de Buenos Aires, y se llevó a cabo en las instalaciones de La
Fábrica del Arte, ubicada en Madre Camila Rolón, Av. León Gallardo &, Muñiz.

Al ingresar, cada participante fue recibido por el equipo de Desarrollo Emprendedor, integrado por Ayhe, Javier, Mónica, Karina, Germán, Miguel y María, quienes con su carisma y dedicación se aseguraron de que cada persona se sintiera cómoda y bien atendida.

Cada participante recibió una carpeta con birome y hojas de trabajo, junto con un pequeño refrigerio preparado por emprendedores locales: medialunas, café, té y jugo natural. Un detalle cálido que cerró con amor una tarde inolvidable.

Quiero agradecer profundamente a la Dirección de Desarrollo Emprendedor por darme la oportunidad de hacer lo que amo, por confiar en mí durante tantos años y ser pilar fundamental de mi crecimiento profesional como facilitadora y conferencista. Gracias por darme un lugar y hacerme sentir parte del equipo desde el inicio, hace ya casi 8 años.

Las palabras de apertura estuvieron a cargo de Daiana, parte del staff de San Miguel Emprende, quien explicó que esta conferencia, también estaba pensada como una jornada de trabajo, para potenciar los emprendimientos por la fecha que nos convocaba. Luego tomó la palabra el Intendente Jaime Méndez, quien destacó la importancia de introducir la inteligencia artificial en los negocios y el compromiso del municipio de llevar capacitaciones de calidad a los emprendedores locales.

Después, el Lic. Guillermo Martínez, Director de Desarrollo Emprendedor, hizo una introducción centrada en la necesidad de que cada emprendedor se reconozca como líder de su propio emprendimiento. Y con ese impulso, me dio el pase para comenzar la conferencia.

Mi intervención se dividió en tres grandes momentos:

🔹Primera parte – Inteligencia artificial y experiencias reales:
Comenzamos hablando sobre qué es la IA y por qué importa para quienes lideran un negocio, aunque sea pequeño. Pero lo más valioso fue escuchar a varios emprendedores que compartieron cómo ya estaban utilizando la IA en sus negocios, y otros contaron por qué aún no lo hacían. Fue un espacio profundamente inspirador y nutritivo para todos.

🔹 Segunda parte – Decisión en marcha + Estilos de liderazgo:
Realizamos un ejercicio llamado Decisión en Marcha, donde trabajamos con una situación hipotética que requería tomar una decisión. A partir de sus respuestas y reflexiones, hicimos un test para que cada participante identificara su estilo predominante y fue ahí donde introduje los 4 tipos de liderazgo que seleccione para compartir en esta capacitación.

🔹 Tercera parte – IA + Liderazgo aplicado:
Este fue el bloque más denso en contenido y el más esperado. Compartí herramientas prácticas, recursos específicos y estrategias concretas para que cada estilo de liderazgo (Visionario, Estratégico, Innovador y Colaborativo) pueda fortalecerse con la ayuda de la IA.

Durante toda la conferencia repetimos juntos un eslogan que nació desde el corazón del evento:

“El liderazgo se entrena y tú ya estás en el camino.”

Y en algunos momentos lo resignificamos:

“El liderazgo se entrena y yo ya estoy en el camino.”

Al finalizar, muchas personas se acercaron a saludarme, sacarse una foto o agradecerme. Pero hubo dos encuentros que me marcaron especialmente. Dos mujeres venezolanas se acercaron a abrazarme muy fuerte. Me dieron las gracias por representar con orgullo a nuestro país, por no dejar de lado mi gentilicio y por demostrarles que sí se puede comenzar de nuevo en otro lugar. Me dijeron que muchas veces quisieron rendirse, pero que verme ahí, con mi forma de ser, les devolvió la esperanza. Y eso, para mí, fue todo.

Además, tuve el privilegio de estar acompañada por mi hija. Que estuviera ahí, compartiendo este momento tan importante, fue una emoción enorme. Al final, me abrazó y me dijo palabras que aún me resuenan en el corazón porque me lo dijo con ese amor sublime de una hija que ve a su mama con admiración… y también como futura colega, porque eligió como profesión también la comunicación. Escucharla fue para mí el mayor regalo. Porque ella vivió a mi lado los desafíos, los comienzos, los esfuerzos. Y ahora puede ver cómo todo eso florece. Verme a través de sus ojos fue, sin duda, lo más valioso de esta experiencia.

Quiero decirles a todos los que están allá afuera persiguiendo un sueño: sí se puede. No importa el lugar donde estés ni las circunstancias que te rodeen. Solo necesitás, primero que nada, confiar en ti. Trabajar en ti. Cultivar tu ser. Profesionalizarte en eso que amás. No mirar a los otros, sino mirar hacia adentro. Porque tú eres tu única competencia, y es a ti mismo a quien necesitas superar cada día.

Creá oportunidades con paciencia, con fe. Y prepárate para cuando lleguen.

No dejes de creer en ti. Habrá momentos difíciles, pero estoy segura: lo vas a lograr.

Deseo que estas líneas sean de inspiración y motivación para quien hoy las están leyendo y que cada palabra haga eco en sus mentes y en sus corazones.

Hello, community. How are you doing?

I hope today you're working with focus and enthusiasm toward your goals, believing with conviction and faith that even if they seem far off, each day brings you one step closer to seeing them come true.

Just a few days ago, I experienced one of the most impactful moments of my journey as a trainer, coach, and mentor: giving a talk during the International Entrepreneurship Day. And I’m still processing what it meant… not only because of the number of people who attended but because of what we created together in that space.

I arrived with excitement, but above all, with a calmness that doesn’t always accompany me. A complete trust in myself. I felt ready. And that alone was a huge gift.

The conference was titled “Reinvent Yourself or Disappear: Lead in the Age of AI,” and even though I had a clear idea of the content, I never imagined what would unfold in that space: a mix of lecture, storytelling, group dynamics, and even moments of humor, like a stand-up set. It was a format that emerged naturally, without labels—but full of me.

A style that (I dare say now) is my own. And yes, I feel a little shy admitting it—but I also feel it’s something worth exploring more deeply.

Among the audience were people who’ve known me and seen me grow through the years, both professionally and personally. Seeing them there, interested and engaged, was deeply inspiring and filled me with immense gratitude. Their smiling faces were a silent validation that everything I’ve been building step by step—with coherence, dedication, perseverance, and focus—is beginning to bear fruit.

During the conference, I walked among the tables, talked with the attendees, invited them to talk with one another, to share, to look at each other, to affirm out loud some concepts I gave them as mantras. I went up and down the stage as often as I felt was needed to stay close. That back-and-forth energy is what made the moment magical. I didn’t give a lecture. We lived an experience together.

The event was organized by the Entrepreneurial Development Office of the Municipality of San Miguel, in the Province of Buenos Aires, and was held at La Fábrica del Arte, located at Madre Camila Rolón, Av. León Gallardo &, Muñiz.

Upon arrival, each participant was welcomed by the Entrepreneurial Development team—Ayhe, Javier, Mónica, Karina, Germán, Miguel, and María—who, with their warmth and dedication, made sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Each attendee received a folder with a pen and worksheets, along with a light snack prepared by local entrepreneurs: croissants, coffee, tea, and fresh juice. A sweet touch that wrapped up an unforgettable afternoon with love.

I want to deeply thank the Entrepreneurial Development Office for giving me the chance to do what I love, for trusting me all these years, and for being a foundational part of my professional growth as a facilitator and speaker. Thank you for giving me a place and making me feel like part of the team since the very beginning, almost eight years ago now.

The opening remarks were given by Daiana, part of the San Miguel Emprende staff, who explained that the conference was also designed as a workday to boost entrepreneurship on this special date. Then, Mayor Jaime Méndez spoke about the importance of introducing artificial intelligence in business and the municipality’s commitment to bringing quality training to local entrepreneurs.

Next, Lic. Guillermo Martínez, Director of Entrepreneurial Development, gave an introduction focused on the need for every entrepreneur to recognize themselves as the leader of their business. With that message, he handed the spotlight over to me to begin the talk.

My presentation was divided into three key moments:

🔹 First part – Artificial Intelligence and real-life experiences:
We began by talking about what AI is and why it matters—even for small business owners. But the most valuable part was hearing from several entrepreneurs who shared how they’re already using AI in their businesses, and others explained why they haven’t yet. It was a deeply inspiring and enriching space for everyone.

🔹 Second part – Decision in Motion + Leadership styles:
We did an activity called Decision in Motion, where we worked through a hypothetical scenario that required making a choice. Based on their answers and reflections, we completed a quiz so each participant could identify their dominant leadership style. That’s when I introduced the four leadership types I had selected for this training.

🔹 Third part – AI + Applied Leadership:
This was the most content-rich and highly anticipated part. I shared practical tools, specific resources, and actionable strategies to help each leadership style (Visionary, Strategic, Innovative, and Collaborative) grow stronger through AI.

Throughout the whole conference, we repeated a slogan born from the heart of the event:

“Leadership is trained, and you’re already on the path.”

And at times, we reframed it:

“Leadership is trained, and I’m already on the path.”

At the end, many people came up to greet me, take photos, or thank me. But two encounters especially touched my heart. Two Venezuelan women hugged me tightly. They thanked me for representing our country with pride, for not setting aside my roots, and for showing them that it is possible to start over in a new place. They told me they had often wanted to give up, but seeing me there—being myself—restored their hope. And that, for me, meant everything.

I also had the joy of being accompanied by my daughter. Having her there, sharing such an important moment, was an enormous emotion. At the end, she hugged me and said words that still echo in my heart—because she said them with that sublime love only a daughter can have for her mother… and also as a future colleague, since she’s also chosen communication as her profession. Hearing her was the greatest gift. She lived through the challenges with me, the beginnings, the hard work. And now she can see how all of that is blooming. Seeing myself through her eyes was, without a doubt, the most precious part of this experience.

I want to say to everyone out there chasing a dream: yes, it’s possible. It doesn’t matter where you are or what your circumstances are. What matters first and foremost is to believe in yourself. Work on yourself. Cultivate your being. Professionalize that thing you love. Don’t compare yourself to others—look inward. Because you are your only competition, and you are the one you need to surpass every day.

Create opportunities with patience, with faith. And prepare yourself for when they arrive.

Don’t stop believing in yourself. There will be tough moments, but I’m certain—you’re going to make it.

I hope these words serve as inspiration and motivation for whoever is reading them today, and that every word echoes in your mind and heart.
