Ese rinconcito en el patio se ha vuelto un refugio… el cielo, el sol, las plantas… todo me ayuda a respirar más profundo y estar presente.
Entiendo lo que dices: a veces toca salir a buscar la naturaleza, y también eso tiene su magia… esos encuentros intencionados suelen ser muy poderosos.
Y si el ritual del mate con mi hija en la noche se ha convertido en el mejor momento de mi día.

That little corner in the patio has become a refuge... the sky, the sun, the plants... everything helps me to breathe deeper and be present.
I understand what you say: sometimes it's time to go out and look for nature, and that too has its magic... those intentional encounters are often very powerful.
And yes the ritual of mate with my daughter in the evening has become the highlight of my day.
