Hoy solo quiero compartir algo simple pero valioso.

Aunque estamos en pleno invierno y hemos tenido días fríos y helados, el clima por fin nos dio un pequeño respiro. Y con ese respiro, me di un pequeño lujo: prepararme un batido muy, muy frío de frutilla, banana y naranja.

Sí, en esta temporada eso es casi un lujo: por el clima, por los ingredientes, por el momento para disfrutarlo.
Y lo agradezco profundamente.

Agradezco tener los ingredientes. Agradezco poder elegir cuidarme. Agradezco tener un cuerpo que puede disfrutarlo.
Y sobre todo, agradezco poder elegir lo natural por encima de lo químico, aunque implique un poco más de esfuerzo.

Hoy disfruté un batido.
