I learned that the hard way. Spilled some water a couple of weeks back on my desk. I didn't realize my keyboard was impacted until the next day when it wouldn't work. Thank goodness for backup keyhboards.

Woah. External keyboard, right? Would have been a different situation if it was a laptop.
Yes, thank goodness it was only an external keyboard. A direct laptop keyboard spill would have been a truly painful tech experience.
