I went to watch the assic Michael Jackson video for 1984's "Thriller" and was amazed to see it has over a billion views on YouTube. Michael Jackson released hit after hit in thr 1980s and 1990s, and this song is one of the most memorable and timeless.

Thriller was released in the early 1980s and is a pop/Disco dance track that is one of the most famous and sold singles ever. The song features an ending monologue by Vincent Price and has a top notch and spooky video produced by the legendary John Landis. The song is definitely Disco and Soul, but the smooth sound and feel transcends the genres, and the song is timeless and a hallmark of the King of Pop.

The video itself was groundbreaking and still is. Music videos are incredibly important for selling records, and this was an early MTV video that demonstrated that fact. This is thr most famous music video ever, and it was even added to the National Film Registry in 2009. The best of this song and the unforgettable dancing and horror theme make this one for the books.

I enjoy this song, and it reminds me of early MTV hits. In this era, artists put alot of effort into their music videos, in contrast with today's music videos which are generally a showcase of wealth and status chasing.

In terms of Rising Star, I have begun my gaming experience again in earnest and am making my way to Starbits millionaire.
