Construyendo una mentalidad excelente //Building An Excellent Mindset [Esp-Eng]

No se puede cambiar a un hombre por lo que piensa en su interior. Un hombre, un sistema o una organización es el producto directo de cómo piensa. Ya he hecho esta ilustración antes, pero déjame compartirla de nuevo: si consigues una camisa blanca impecable, bien diseñada y la regalas a alguien cuya mentalidad es sucia, se verá en unos días. Lo que vemos en lo físico proviene del tesoro de la mente.

La excelencia es una virtud que el emprendedor debe cultivar, la mente es el centro de toda decisión. Para cada proyecto que se destaca hoy en día, hay una mentalidad detrás de él, la mentalidad ya estaba configurada antes del comienzo del proyecto, pero también tienes mente dentro del proyecto, todavía hay espacio para aprender y además construir una mentalidad excelente.

Quisiera decir aquí que la mentalidad de cualquier organización dependiente de las personas que toman decisiones en nombre de la organización, sea cual sea el sistema y la estructura que tenga una organización, se ve reforzada por la mentalidad de la persona que piensa para la organización.

Una mentalidad excelente no surge por el deseo, viene por la intencionalidad; siempre comenzará con un cambio mental, cuando las personas dentro de un sistema acuerden alinear sus pensamientos con un estándar excelente. En este artículo compartiremos algunos elementos que serán útiles para desarrollar una excelente mentalidad incluso como emprendedor.

• Sé un lector:

Excelente en cualquier campo de esfuerzo es una construcción estándar bien estructurada y documentada a lo largo de los años, esparcida por cada biblioteca hay documentación de excelente nivel que uno puede seguir. En los libros se registran cosas lamentables que hay que evitar y también elementos exitosos a seguir, la lectura es un hábito que promueve lo excelente, la verdad es que el lector gradualmente se convierte en lo que lee y obviamente se comporta así. Un misterio muy poderoso que he visto y experimentado y que puede transformar tanto el patrón de pensamiento de un hombre son los libros.

Los éxitos y fracasos de los hombres en el pasado y en el presente están registrados en libros y la única forma de descubrirlos es leyendo. La lectura es muy importante en el proceso de construcción de una mentalidad excelente porque ningún hombre se eleva por encima de su conocimiento, o pagas el precio del conocimiento hoy leyendo o vives para cumplir con la deuda de la ignorancia de por vida.

Mi esposa compartió conmigo, hace unos días en una conversación, "que la grandeza de un hombre es la grandeza de su mente", lo que significa que la grandeza de uno depende del buen tesoro y el contenido de su mente. La mayoría de las veces paso algunas horas en esta plataforma leyendo la increíble publicación sobre esta gran comunidad puesta a disposición por grandes mentes. Quiero decir que lo que no sabes siempre te negará el acceso a la experiencia de romper un cristal que deseas, el contenido de otro libro hará la diferencia que desees.

• Construir una relación saludable:

El éxito en la vida no es un concepto independiente, necesitarás la ayuda de otros hombres que han seguido adelante y podrían ayudarte si surgiera una necesidad. La eficacia de cualquier organización sobresaliente reside en la colaboración de muchos elementos relacionados entre sí.

Construir una relación es un asunto intencional, puede que conozcas gente todos los días, pero mantener amigos es tu elección. Si tu círculo de amistad está lleno de una mentalidad excelente, entonces se verá en ti a medida que interactúes con ellos.

Hace unas semanas, un amigo me invitó a acompañarlo en una visita solidaria a un gran ícono dentro de la ciudad donde vive. La visita resultó mucho mejor de lo esperado. Un par de horas de conversación con el gran hombre se convirtió en nuestra plataforma de relevancia. Fuimos invitados a un gran evento por ese mismo icono. La gente vino allí gracias al gran ícono, pero la voz que se escuchó fue nuestra. Ninguna relación te deja igual, debes saber que todo hombre exitoso es producto de una relación saludable, piensa sabiamente y construye una relación sana ahora que estás rodeado de grandes mentes antes de perderlas. Tenga en cuenta también que algunos amigos pueden estar allí solo por una temporada, pero antes de que termine la temporada, sus tareas se cumplirán.

• Ganar exposición:

En cada hombre de la tierra hay una capacidad y habilidad instaladas por Dios, muchos de estos potenciales necesitan cierta exposición ambiental para activarse. Hay algunos dones y gracia que sólo cobran vida cuando estás expuesto al entorno donde dicha gracia está en funcionamiento.

Muchas veces ves a un gran hombre viajar a algún entorno sólo para disfrutar del aire fresco de ese ambiente, para pensar diferente y ver nuevas posibilidades.

Hay muchas cosas que pensarás que no son posibles porque no has estado expuesto a ellas, pero cuando visites alguna región de grandes posibilidades, tu mentalidad experimentará un cambio mental, creyendo así que ahora es posible.

La exposición también te abre oportunidades disponibles pero no vistas, no es que no existieran sino porque no estabas en un lugar donde se pudiera ver, nuevamente interactuarás con las personas que lo están haciendo para saber cómo se está haciendo

A medida que empiezo a concluir, me encantaría decir eso y una mentalidad excelente no viene con la oración y el ayuno, es un acto intencional de desarrollar virtud que cambiará sus opiniones mentales. Como lector, le diré que algunos libros son aburridos pero tendrá que disciplinarse para cubrir línea por línea para descubrir el tesoro escondido en ellos, algunos amigos podrían ser muy difíciles de afrontar, pero les digo, valdrá la pena.

La exposición eficaz le permitirá ver lo que no es visible para las personas dentro de su entorno, cambiará su perspectiva, acción y reacciones e influirá en muchos acontecimientos dentro del alcance de su compromiso.

What we see in the physical is out from the treasure of the mind.

Excellent is a virtue that an entrepreneur must cultivate, the mind is the center of every and any decision. for every project that stands out today, thee is a mindset behind the it, the mindset was already configured before the beginning of the project, but also you are mind way into the project, there is still room to learn and as well build an excellent mindset.

I will want to say it here that the mindset of any organization dependent on the people who take decisions on the behalf of the organization, what ever system and structure an organization has, is enhanced by the mindset of the person who thinks for the organization.

An excellent mindset does not come by wishing, it come by intentionality, it will always starts with a mental shift, when the people within a system agrees to align their thoughts with an excellent standard.
we will in this article, share a few elements that will be useful in building an excellent mindset even as an entrepreneur.

• Be A Reader:

Excellent in any field of endeavor is a well structured standard build and documented over the years, scattered across every library are documentation of excellent standard that one can followed. Recorded in the books are pitfuls to be avoided and also successful elements to liverage on, reading is an habit that promotes excellent, the truth is that a reader gradually becomes what he reads and obviously behave it. One very powerful mystery l have seen and experienced that can so transform a man's thoughts pattern is books.

The success and failures of men in the past and present in recorded in books and the only way to discover them is to read. Reading is very critical in building process of an excellent mindset because no man rise above his knowledge, you either pay the price of knowledge today by reading or you live to service the debt of ignorance for life.

My wife shared with me, a few days back in a conversation, "that the greatness of a man is the greatness of his mind" meaning that the greatness of a man is dependent on the good treasure and content of his mind. Most times l spend some hours on this platform reading the amazing post on this great community made available by great minds. l want to say that what you don't know will always deny you access to a glass breaking experience that you desire, the content of another book will make the difference you desire.

• Build Healthy Relationship:

Success in life is not a stand alone concept, you will need the help of other men who have gone ahead and would be able to assist were need arise. The effectiveness of any outstanding organization is in the collaboration of many element relating together.

Building relationship is an intentional affair, you may be meeting people every day but keeping friends is your is your choice. if your circle of friendship is full of excellent mindset, then it will show in you as you interact with them.

Few weeks ago, a friend invited me to join him in a solidarity visit to a great icon within the town he lives, the visit turn out so great than expected, a few hours conversation with the great man became our platform of relevance, we were invited a great event by the same icon, people came there because of the great icon but the voice that was heard was ours.
No relationship leaves you the same, you must know that every successful man is a product of a healthy relationship, think wise and build a healthy relationship now that you surrounded with great minds before you lose them. Please also note that some friends may just be for a season but before the season is over, their assignments will be fulfilled.

• Gain Exposure:

In every man on the earth is an installed capacity and ability by God, many of this potential need some environmental exposure to activate them. There are some giftings and grace that only comes alive when you are exposed to the environment were such grace are in operation.

Many times, you see great man travel to some environmental just to enjoy the fresh air of that environment, so as to think differently and see new possibilities.

There are many things you will think is not possible because you have not been exposed to them but when you visit some region of great possibilities, your mindset will experience a mental shift, thereby believing that it is now possible.

Exposure also opens you up to opportunities available but not seen, not that they were not in existence but because you were not in a location were it could be seen, again you will interact with the people who are doing it to know how it is being done

As l begin to conclude, l will love to say that and excellent mindset does not come by prayer and fasting, it is an intentional act of developing virtue that will shift your mental views, As a reader l will tell you that some books are boring but you will have to discipline yourself to cover line by line to uncover the treasure hidden in them, some friends could be very difficult to cope with but l tell you, it will be worth the price.

Effective exposure will make you see what is not visible to people within your environment, it will change your perspective, action, reactions and will influence many happenings within your scope of engagement.
