The best gift in the world: coffee - TCSP week 139
Hello, dear coffee-loving friends around the world.
There are people, like me, who don't believe in coincidences, but rather in causality.
Hence the story I'm about to tell you about how I ended up at this coffee shop. Talking with my husband that day, we wondered what the chances were of us ending up there.

It turns out I was at home with my husband, and we decided to visit my teacher. We were visiting Havana, and whenever we go to the capital, I have to visit my teacher.

But I don't like arriving empty-handed. So, we started walking around Vedado, looking for something he'd like to buy for him.
That was a disaster. There was nothing we could buy him that he liked or that I hadn't already bought him.

Quite frustrated and annoyed, I resigned myself to finally going to visit the Maestro without anything to bring him.
Suddenly, my husband said to me, "Let's take this path, it's prettier, cooler." I agreed to follow where he led me, as I was immersed in my thoughts, searching for a solution.
In the midst of that analysis, I heard, "Look, babe, a coffee shop. Should we have a cup of coffee and rest a little? There are chocolates too."
You can't imagine my joy: Coffee! Coffee was the solution, of course.
I kissed @abelarte and told her that of course I wanted coffee. I also asked her to see if they sold coffee packs, so I could take them to the Master, and yes, they did. They were selling.

With the gift in our hands, we sat down quietly to enjoy our coffee.
Now calmer, with my cup of coffee in my hand, I began to think about all the decisions we made that led me to that wonderful place.
We weren't on the shortest route to my teacher's house, but it was the right route to discover a new coffee shop, inside a café that also sells chocolates.
Life is like that, full of surprises and wonders where you least expect them.
Sending you Ecency curation votes.😉

Smart husband! Even if there hadn't been a solution at the end of the road, I suppose a coffee and some chocolate goodies would've made your day better regardless. Glad you found something for your teacher though ;)
Hey there!
Thanks for stopping by:)
