It’s Friday and I’m glad. The week has left me tired but feeling better than I did at the start.
Work this morning was like a runaway freight train! Several appointments showed early!
That snowballed a bit as the doc was late so we didn’t make much headway. The mother and son patients I half expected to not come did in fact-super early! There was a cancellation mid afternoon, so we still ended up on schedule and that hole gave me the opportunity to catch up!
With two remaining appointments, the second to last was a no show and the last was a visual fields test which left me free as the doc usually does those. The afternoon ended soft rather than in a rush! Nice! 😎
Tomorrow is a ladies event at church and although I called to remind my widow friend of it, it’s possible she won’t come. If she doesn’t, I’ll leave instructions should anyone come who doesn’t have a ticket, then I’ll pay it forward to that person. If no one uses it, the the church has extra money. A win/win either way! 😇
