Help! I Need Somebody!…….My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2025

Help! Not just anybody……

No, this isn’t a visitation of the old Beatle’s song Help; it’s a cry for me seriously needing someone who can actually come to work!

One of my coworkers is on vacation; I get that. The two that are relatives-well I get ‘they’re just helping out’; the other one has a what seems like a weekly crisis, going on. Life happens-I get that but all simultaneously and for weeks on end? I feel like I’m at my wits end! 🤪

Today was a half day for the doc but even so- just trying to deal with all the stuff that happens makes it somewhat difficult to deal with all the things that I have to do that goes beyond being the receptionist. Tomorrow is a full doc day and a relative is coming to fill in for the regularly scheduled gal who hasn’t responded yet as to whether or not she’s coming to work. 🙄 Do I hear ‘retirement’ calling my name?

I’m just frustrated-sorry for the rant. 😏

Tomorrow IS Friday and once the day is done, I’m putting myself on a 4 day vacation. No dealing with ANYTHING work related! 😁

See how tall these trees are? Can you imagine climbing up to the top and viewing the world from up there? Must be pretty fantastic!

The greenery of this forest makes it hard to believe the fall equinox is in just 11 days! It’s been cooler-almost comfortable even. I would like to order up a little crispness in the air, please!

Poor little ‘shroomy! He looks out of place in the water; almost like someone kicked him there! However……..

….his mate is actually growing IN the water! I wasn’t aware they could even grow IN the water, but they are. Here’s a side view.

The reflections on the water makes it hard to see, but it is growing in it! Weird! 🧐
