It’s Tuesday……..My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2025
Yes, it’s Tuesday and generally day two of the workweek. My Tuesday morning was spent at ladies Bible study and afterwards, we had a sending off party for Alex who is moving to Texas. She, her husband and their Great Dane! There’s family there and they’ve been begging them to relocate for quite some time.
Once home, I commenced to do two continuing education courses. That is after about an hour and a half of procrastination, lol! They are done for this week. Next week I have 5 I need to complete but would be happy if I got 3 done. Then the next weekend will not have any time available as we are heading down to see our granddaughter, so the following weekend will see it finished if I don’t manage it all this coming weekend.
In the afternoon, I put on my VR headset and did some saber beat dancing, slashing blocks with light sabers to music. I’ve not done this in quite a while and amazingly had not lost much of my edge. 😎
I was seriously hot when I finished, but jumped on the stationary bike for 20 more minutes to round out my steps. 😅
