Trying to prevent writing a whole book here in the comment section:

  • Tribalism is not the way to go
  • Positivity is what we need to collectively find again
  • We shall start trying again to accept all users and all their contributions
  • Services spanning more blockchains are the way forward
  • Use HIVE for the social part in whatever service, and use some other chain for what they are good for

Of course, agree on all your points! Cooperation among different chains wasn't on my mind when I was writing this post, but it makes a lot of sense... I think there were some initiatives in the past (Chain Culture), but they faded out... It's hard to find a good chain to cooperate with, when most don't survive bear markets...
Btw. that's our other big advantage! We survived multiple bears, with casualties, but still here! 💪
