Arroz con vegetales

Hola queridos hivers , como ya saben en publicaciones anteriores he hablado por mí afinidad a la cocina que me ha sido inculcada desde pequeño por mi abuela.

Hoy les traigo una receta muy especial y deliciosa:

=> ARROZ CON VEGETALES O ARROZ A LA CHORRERA

-> Ingredientes

  • 325g de Macedonia de verduras

  • 150g de Maíz dulce

  • 5 hojas de lechugas

  • 1 Pimiento verde

  • 1 Cebolla blanca

  • Sal condimentar ( al gusto )

-> PREPARACIÓN

1/P - Picar el pimiento y la cebolla en ( julianas )

2/P - Picamos la lechuga en tiras largas .
3/P - Echamos grasa en la sartén y sofreímos la cebolla y el pimiento ( hasta caramelizar todo ).

4/P - Lavamos el arroz y lo echamos en la Olla .

5/P - Después arrojamos el sofrito junto a la macedonia, el maíz y la lechuga .

6/P - Sal condimentar y tapamos la olla , y le ponemos 25 min.

  • Empatamos y lo acompañamos con unos platanitos fritos.

  • El corte Juliana asugara mejor sabor en las especies.

  • No revolver mucho el arroz, ya que esto provoca que quede pegajoso.

Hello dear hivers, as you know from previous posts, I have spoken about my affinity for cooking, which has been instilled in me since I was a child by my grandmother.

Today I bring you a very special and delicious recipe:

=> RICE WITH VEGETABLES OR "ARROZ A LA CHORRERA"

-> Ingredients

· 325g of mixed vegetables
· 150g of sweet corn
· 5 lettuce leaves
· 1 green bell pepper
· 1 white onion
· Seasoning salt (to taste)

-> Preparation
1/ - Chop the bell pepper and onion into (julienne strips).
2/ - Cut the lettuce into long strips.
3/ - Put oil/fat in a pan and sauté the onion and bell pepper (until everything caramelizes).
4/ - Wash the rice and put it in the pot.
5/ - Then add the sautéed mixture along with the mixed vegetables, corn, and lettuce.
6/ - Add seasoning salt, cover the pot, and cook for 25 minutes.

· Plate it and serve with some fried plantains.

· The julienne cut ensures better flavor in the ingredients.
· Do not stir the rice too much, as this causes it to become sticky.
