RE: Top S̷U̷R̷V̷I̷V̷A̷L̷ Mode Gladiator Common Cards

I think the survivor cooldown should only apply to ranked play and shouod not affect cards for Brawl (guild competition with contributions) or for Tournaments (entry fee is paid per event).
