A walk on Wednesdays in the Japanese garden Poland

Hello everyone. I start my today's walk on Wednesday with a visit to the Japanese Gardens in Wroclaw. It is located not far from the city. When I arrived I passed through the massive, traditional wooden gate of Sukiya-mon. I bought a ticket and set off. It's no wonder it's called a Japanese garden, it's totally different from the parks and gardens I've seen. I had the feeling that I was in Japan. Everything is arranged in their style. The paths were made of crushed stone and all around were bonsai trees. How beautifully they shaped all the trees in the garden. Following the stone path I reached the lake. The center of this garden and all around there were many other paths. I didn't know which one to choose. Still, I decided to walk along the lake. There were many fish and water lilies in the lake. The fish were unusually beautiful with bright colors. I took one path towards the waterfalls. There were flowers and trees everywhere and what impressed me the most were the many wooden bridges. There was also a Japanese-style house on one of the bridges. And there were several more. Next to the waterfall they placed wooden bowls so we could wash our hands. Because as it says on a sign - water is the source of life, so I took a bowl and washed myself.

I walked the entire circle around the lake and moved on to where the Japanese Garden joins the beautiful pergola. It is over 600 meters long and rests on hundreds of pillars. I was amazed, everywhere there were wild vines and leaves on it. I felt like I was passing through the most beautiful tunnel.

And when I passed this tunnel, I came across the Centennial Hall. In front of the hall there is a multimedia fountain that lights up in various colors during the summer. And as I found out, sports events are held here.Near the hall, there is the Spire. A tower that is over 90 meters high. It symbolized the rebirth of life in the restored territories.

This garden was destroyed in a flood and later restored by the Japanese and Poles. There is also a zoo nearby, but it was already getting dark and I didn't have time to visit it. I am also satisfied with this beauty that I saw.See you again in the new Wednesday walk
