Today I want to share with you a refreshing melon milkshake with strawberries. It is a fresh drink that combines ripe melon, juicy and full of flavor, with the perfect blend of strawberries, providing an acid touch and balancing this drink with the sweetness of the melon. The creamy texture was simply delicious, and its presentation a pink color that invites you to try this milkshake, ideal for those days that the heat 🥵 can't be endured as is the case today, I definitely recommend it for its fresh taste, I enjoyed it with my family to start the day that is quite hot. One of the best things about this drink is how easy it is to prepare and the freshness it offers. I hope you like it as much as we do.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una refrescante merengada de melón con fresas. Es una bebida fresca que combina el melón maduro, jugoso y lleno de sabor, con la mezcla a la perfección de las fresas, aportando un toque ácido y equilibrando a esta bebida con la dulzura del melón. La textura cremosa resultó simplemente deliciosa, y su presentación un color rosado que invita a probar está merengada, ideal para esos días que el calor 🥵 no se aguanta como es el caso el día de hoy, sin duda la recomiendo por su sabor fresco, la disfrute con mi familia para empezar el día que está bastante caluroso. Una de las mejores cosas de esta bebida es lo fácil que es preparar y la frescura que ofrece. Espero que les guste tanto como a nosotros.

INGREDIENTS||INGREDIENTES:

-1 melon.
-4 glasses of cold water.
-3 tablespoons of sugar.
-3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
-8 fresh strawberries.

Garnish with slices of strawberries and melon.

For this milkshake we obtained 5 glasses.

-1 melón.
-4 vasos de agua fría.
-3 cucharadas de azúcar.
-3 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
-8 fresas frescas.

Decoramos con rodajas de fresas y melón.

Para esta merengada obtuvimos 5 vasos.

We start by removing the seed and the skin of the melon, then we wash it very well with warm water and cut it into small pieces. Next, add the water to the blender glass together with the melon, blend and this will be the base for this drink.

Comenzamos quitando la semilla y la piel del melón, luego lavamos muy bien con agua templada, cortamos en trozos pequeños. Seguidamente, agregamos el agua al vaso de la licuadora junto con el melón, batimos y esta será la base para esta bebida.

After obtaining the melon juice, I will add the previously disinfected strawberries and remove the branches, chop into small pieces, add to the smoothie, I reserve two strawberries to decorate.

Luego de obtener el jugo de melón, voy a agregar las fresas previamente desinfectadas y le quitamos las ramas, picamos en trozos pequeños, añadimos al licuado, reservo dos fresas para decorar.

Now we shake and beat at high level to unite these two fruits.

Ahora agitamos y batimos a nivel alto para unir, estas dos frutas.

Add the spoonfuls of sugar and powdered milk.

Agregamos las cucharadas de azúcar y leche en polvo.

We beat and taste it.

Batimos y probamos su sabor.

Serve our delicious and refreshing melon milkshake with strawberries.

Servimos nuestra deliciosa y refrescante merengada de melón con fresas.

We enjoy our refreshing milkshake but first we decorate it with a piece of strawberry and melon.
