Why I Am Not Looking For Those Starbits

I really make another provocative title for this post right? For some people this might sound weird, but for people who have been playing Rising Star Game for sometime, let say more than a half year, they can figure out what I am going to talk here easily.

What we get from playing this game is $STARBIT. It is our game token, however it is not the only token for this game. There is another one, which called as $STARPRO. STARPRO is the gems in this game, it is our "BTC"-like token, they never inflate and keep on rising for the value.

In the past STARPRO was sold for around 4 to 5 hive. I still remember those days, and people weren't into STARPRO, because there wasn't any utility for it. How much is a STARPRO for now? I believe it is already above 55 $HIVE, 11x from 2 years ago price.

However this post is not talking about STARPRO lol. I do not like talking about STARPRO, if you want to get it you can go to the pool to swap for it or Hive Engine to buy from market directly.

This post is about aiming the other reward, which I think it is the most important one, the SWAP.HIVE. I believe all game on HIVE should start and end from HIVE, so HIVE rewards should matter a lot.

There three ways to get SWAP.HIVE or HIVE rewards. They are Leaderboard Rank, Raves and PRO Charts.

THE BASE - LEADERBOARD

The first one, the most basic or the base is the Leaderboard. This is what we get as our hard work for those days, weeks and months playing Rising star game. Well, hell no for sure. So how do we measure this? just follow the formula below

Basically you need to gather as many cards you can get in Rising Star, try to have all the cards type out there, we call it Unique cards. So it's kind of useless having one type of cards in bulk, compared to having each one copy for all the type of cards.

As it sounds simple, it is not. Actually leaderboard is a battle of how deep is your pocket. How thick is your wallet, because some cards are expensive, some are very expensive, and some are ridiculously not worth to buy.

You just have to have them all LoL

I am on rank 67 today, yes I am in top 100. Am I a rich guy? not quite, I have played this game for 3 years so I have collected many cards during those years of playing.

In the past it was about farming STARBITS as hard as you could, however time changed, and everything shifted. Right now its about cards ownership.

There is 13 SWAP.HIVE per day given as the reward, with 2 DRIP tokens as the bonus. However this is for Top 150 Leaderboard players only. So we get around 390 SWAP.HIVE per month.

It is not easy to maintain your rank if you have reached top 100, however it is worth for all the effort you do.

THE EASY AND LAZY ONE - RAVE

The second one is about RAVE, this is the easy and lazy one. You can get big or you just get peanuts, it's all depends on your preference.

Rave is about calculation how much you want to invest in and which CABAL you will join in. if you confuse reading the rave table, just remember this. You only need to see which one is the most promising to win and...

Just jumped down to the bottom of the table. You will see the resume, for example what I have today is an information about 150 total RAVE participants with a total pool of rewards about 12.36 SWAP.HIVE

How long a RAVE will last is randomized, sometime it will go only for 12 hours, sometime It can reach 3 days.

Ok let's see where I am. There I am getting only 0.003 SWAP.HIVE in that RAVE. There are several type of RAVE participants:

1. The Front Runner, it's those guys who bring massive fans. They are the one that lead the team. Mostlikely they will be the one that decide your team would win or not.

2. Opportunist. Most of the time they will get VIP bonuses, however if you see their fans, it is very questionable how they will get. They have VIP Guest pass. Basically they are built to get the most rewards, not to win the RAVE lol. You think it is cheating? Well look at the price of the cards... They usually have many of it to get the VIP winner, so it's not about cheating, they are actually the funders of the whole RAVE.
   

3. Normal RAVErs, it is people like me who have everything and try to contribute something to our team.

4. Lazy bum, similar to opportunist, but they just get in to get peanuts. Check the table above, you can see @tydynrain and @vaynard86 near me, who only have literally themselves LoL and get the minimum rewards for participation. Nothing wrong with these, RAVE is a battle of number, any small numbers could decide the winners.

THE LAST AND THE MOST COMPLICATED ONE - PRO !

Now the last one and the most recent one... although I am not sure it can be said recent, because it was introduced last year.

THE PRO CHART!!! which demand you to have some PRO CARDS to be able to participate in.

Because not many people can take some part in, the reward pool is not as big as the other. Currently the daily reward pool is 8 SWAP.HIVE, so in a month we have around 240 SWAP.HIVE.

Let see the bottom table, there are only 71 Single in PRO CHART. We are talking about SINGLE, not players. A player can release multiple singles, and we get the reward based on how our singles perform in chart.

To participate in PRO Chart, you must have 12 PRO Cards. Let me break it down for the simple

1. You need one PRO singer and one PRO microphone.
2. You can have 4 PRO artist, sorry I mean you must have 4 PRO members, whether they are guitarist, orchestra, keyboard or whatever, with 4 PRO corresponding instrument cards.
3. The last card is a PRO producer with the PRO production instrument.

I haven't accomplished this formation. Currently I am trying to trade a card, PRO 024 Marcia with other PRO artist card, preferable Drum or Orchestra based.

I have been trying to trade for days, and no response at all. This PRO Chart is really has the lowest interest from all the players. You can blame it, because they are really expensive. For A Card you will need a FIX IT Card as the key to combine all the base cards.

It is not cheap even the number is low, 0.1 STARPRO, because a STARPRO cost you more than 55 HIVE.

To be precisely, it cost you 6 HIVE or more for a FIX IT card. We haven't calculated the base cards, which usually once it is announced, the base cards get arise more than 10.000 STARBITS each, and we need 50 of them.

However I still see many opportunity in this feature, let see how far I could develop it in the next few weeks.

So?

Well, I am not saying which one is the best one, or which you should go, what tactic, and many more. In this post I want to show you something else, which is other rewards in SWAP.HIVE.

Rising Star Game is not all about STARBITS only, there are other features you can explore later, but everything start from one single step... ILLEGAL BUSKING!!!
