SATURDAY SAVERS CLUB - How Selfish I Should Be For The Tribe Token

Hello fellow #saturdaysavers...

Welcome to my #saturdaysavers post, it is a club activity where all of us here sharing our saving goals and saving updates. We are in the middle the month of June 2025. If you are not familiar with this #saturdaysavers stuff, you can scroll down to my footer post, it has more information there.

I do not wish to make all my saving update full of how hard my life in this 2025. So let's pick some topic that can be interesting, and of course very hive related. A few hours ago I read some messages in discord, we are talking about something funny about HIVE posts and that triggered me to think about this topic:

How Selfish I Should Be For The Tribe Token?

This year I am focusing my second layer tokens on a few tokens only. Let say for Tribe Tokens, I only care about $NEOXAG and $PIMP only. The other tokens that I used to care about, such as $CENT $BBH $ALIVE and $ARCHON are there but I won't bother to buy or swap for them at all.

Now here comes the challenge... I notice earlier that many posts that I support, they are not using #NEOXAG nor #PIMP hashtag. Some of them used one of them, but not both. In the end my curation did not work well, I do not get good amount of those tribes.

A friend suggested me to make some accounts, which each has one tribe tokens only. So the curation will be optimized. It is the right and perfect solution, however I do not like that method. I do not know whether I think it is not proper or maybe I am not accustomed with that way.

Until today I support post that I read, even some of them I do not like the content, doesn't matter if they are bad or not fit my taste, I still support those posts too. So basically there are three variables I use when support some posts:

1. By happens, at any means, I read their post
2. I like the authors, either I find they are friendly or they are people that I consider as my friends
3. The posts are safe, no abuse found related to the post or author.

However I am considering to put the fourth variable, which is the hashtag of my tribe tokens. So if I read a post, even if I find they are interesting but they do not use my tribe tokens hashtag... I will not support that posts...

How about that? I know it is a selfish thought, but I wonder how others are thinking about that one... I already have my answer about this, but I really need some feedback or more inputs from different point of views, so please feel free to drop yours in the comment section below.

PRIMARY TARGET : HBD SAVING

My primary goal is to grow my $HBD Saving, to reach 5.000 $HBD Saving in this year, 2025. That is an ambitious target regarding I started 2025 with 0 $HBD. Mathematically this means I need to get $95 HBD every week.

It is 0 $HBD saving there, I mean even you can see 0.102 $HBD there, let's say it is 0 to simplify thing here.

I have that 26 liquid $HBD there but honestly I can not stake them or send them to the saving. I need cash, as I have been saying this for the last few months. Anytime, can be tomorrow or maybe a few hours after I post this one... I will be forced to convert them into Fiat to pay some bills.

So currently I prefer not to talk much about my main saving goal here, it is nasty right now. Let's hope things get better soon.

SECONDARY TARGET : HIVE POWER (HP)

Hive Power (HP) is very important for all Hivers who plan to stay long on this blockchain. For 2025, my secondary goal is to have 13.500 Hive Power (HP). It's not a big target and I want to make as many people realize that it is important to grow your Hive Power.

I have reached 12.239 HP this week which means I have got a 91 HIVE POWER growth from last week. My HP growth is back on the right track with the right pace now!

To achieve my 2025 HP goal, I need to get around 1.261 HP more. It is very feasible and I might get that somewhen in October 2025. There are reason why HIVE POWER is not my main saving goal this year, one of them is I am like a diamond hand, so staking HIVE and hold it is not a challenge anymore for me.
