I Am Still Alive, Not Dying

How are you today? My day was terrible, I got unconscious for some hours due to high fever. My body temperature went above 40 celcius and that was dangerous.

I realized that I am losing my consciousness and everything gradually become blurry. Even before it got to its peak, I mentioned this on several discord servers.

For example this brotherhood discord, which we are talking like brothers there. I do not know why I put it there, maybe if something really awful happened, they might be able to help my family recovering my keys LoL.

Anyway none of the people there knew I passed out less than five minutes after it. Maybe they know later if they read this post

I am ok right now as I am writing this post. My body temperature is 39 Celsius or 104 Fahrenheit so it is not life threatening at the moment. Only 40 Celcius or higher that capable for killing our life, or damaging our brain.

However 39 Celcius is still very high, I feel painful on every joints I have, and I can not sit straight up. My head dizzy, but it is ok I still can finish writing this post.

I wanted to make this post as a rant one, but later I think I should not rant too much and I will try to convey my message properly here.

Earlier some dumb head called my mother, she is in late seventies, saying that your son collapsed at the office, very high and we would bring him to emergency unit. Honestly it was so dumb, you could do that to some mothers below 50 years old, but not talking like that to the elder.

You should deliver simple message, like your son is having a high fever, but don't worry we take care him right now and we will update you soon after the doctor arrives. That's the decent way delivering bad news to elder...

I know that dumb head had no Ville intention, he did not mean to hurt my old mother feeling, making her panic and got heart issue too. But still, it is a dumb move to say his words

So I hope my rant post here could give you some idea about being decent in delivering bad news. You should know who you talk to, knowing the condition and situation. It is not about being right or wrong, but more about being decent.

Tomorrow I will come to my office and have some words with that dumb head, I need him to understand this is not decent, so he can improve in the future. So what do you think, am I being hard on him or he needs to be said about these directly in front of his nose...
