Could 15 Gladius Cases Make Any Different?

Greeting Summoners

It's been a month since I opened gladius packs. The last time, I opened 35 packs and got 175 gladiator cards. It was a good day to upgrade several Gladitor cards, however it was already a month since that day.

I am trying to shape up my accounts at best right now, so everything needs to be prompt and updated regularly. My previous plan was about two months of accumulating Merits then buy some gladius cases to upgrade my gladiators. However I want to perform better during Brawl and Survival Mode...

Today I have 15 Gladius cases, in the past when I just started playing Splinterlands, this number was more than enough to get some impact on my line up. However for my current account size, it gives me a big question...

Could these 15 Gladius Cases make any different?

Personally I want to answer directly... it is a big NO. 65 cards with some RNG for them, it would not give any good odds that something good will pop out. The odds is too small and I am leaning to a useless result. However this game is all RNG when it comes to opening cases or packs, so...

I need to believe on magical RNG result and bet my luck on electrified cases animation lol

The First 10 Cards

I get two gold foil cards here, so I must not complain with the first 10 cards. It's still right on the odds, so its not bad but we ca not say it is good too.

The Second 10 Cards

Now the headache is coming. The second batch of 10 cards is real mix up feeling for me. I see some of my favorites there, Captain Katie, Larissa Kerato, Katrelba Gobson and Quora Towershead. It would be wonderful if one of them comes with a gold foil edition, and that's exactly what doesn't happen here.

I get a gold foil here on Kotriphus Bayne, one of the useless Gladiator card. So it is a bad one but not a bad one and definitely make me feel so mix up here. I really need Quora Gold Foil here, regarding I haven't got one and it often became the decisive factor of my loses in Brawl.

But again, RNG works its own way here.

The Last 4 Cards

One words for them, SUCK! lol. I do not need those four, maybe an extra gold foil card can be welcomed here, but not for those regular copies.

Ok now I can answer that question with real result. Could 15 Gladius Cases make any different for my line up?

ABSOLUTELY NOT

I play for Gold Foil frays in Brawl, that is my priority. Getting 3 copies of Gold foil cards would not make any different for my line up. After getting those 3 gold foil copies, you can check my Gold Foil line up here:

I have the line up with multiple copies but none of them can be upgraded. I need more copies for each of them. You can see no right arrow up that indicates availability for leveling up.

So it is a bad Gladius Cases opening for me today. Do I regret open them up today? Well I do not regret it. Sometime opening two-three packs can make a huge different, and sometime opening 50 packs could only give you a pile of junks.

Yes the result today is not satisfying but it is part of the progress that I need to undergo in order to get stronger line up. It is the core grinding process that every strong players have endured in Splinterlands.
